I haven’t seen any other YouTube channels mention “delayed” comments. Do you think she may be purposefully changing the settings so she has to approve the comments or maybe disable them so it makes the channel look more relevant than it actually is?

Ultimate bug bear - putting a TOWEL over the car seat as shade.

Do people not realise how idiotic it is? Along with blankets over strollers etc. It gets far too hot under there. It’s highly discouraged in the UK where it’s freezing, compared to the likes of Cali, so god knows how hot that poor baby was.

You have an AMAZING EYE! Yes that’s not GOOD! We had that in our ceiling and well long story short...when we kept having our landlord blow us off and say it’s risidual damage from previous issues. It’s not current moisture Blah blah blah...we took his word for it. Guess what l got sick....my 3 kids got sick! Like l was bedridden sick. My kids lost feeling in their limbs, had metallic taste in their mouth, pneumonia, bronchitis, issue after issue....OUR FRICKEN CEILING AND WALLS WERE FULL OF TOXIC MOLD! Stachybotrys to be more specific. Looked just like that wall! I can’t believe you noticed that! I am amazed!

That is a story in itself. But no..we learned after interviewing 20 attorneys that mold cases win less than 5% of the time (super hard to prove due to limited medical testing that can accuracy say you have mold in your body) Also average case takes 2 years in court to come to any conclusions and you better hope you have no preexisting anything cause your medical files get dragged through the process per
subpoena. Two of my 3 are Aspergers ( Very high functioning end on autism spectrum) l had Fibromyalgia prior. Long long answer on random inappropriate spot (Sorry ) No we chose not to.

She probably legitimately spends 200 bucks in clothes for Emma every month, especially if they’re from places like Jamie Kay or wherever she got her Easter dress from. Time to cut back on Jamie Kay and Starbucks!

200 seems like an awful lot for rent to increase at once, though. In my experience at least. That would be more reasonable if their landlord suddenly decided to update all their appliances or fix their countertops or floors/grout etc, something to increase the value of the property significantly. But they are in Southern California so it may be different than what I’m used to. My rent’s going up 15 bucks when my lease renews lol.

I think it’s pretty standard especially if this is the first increase in three years. She also mentioned they are in a month to month lease. The landlord can increase the rent every single month if he wanted to.

Also, does she never just let Beau hang outside for a while on his own? “Are you gonna stay out there all day? You’ve been out there for like ten minutes.” Ten minutes? That’s nothing for an active dog that’s practically still a puppy. That house is so cramped and small for a dog like him, just let him do his own thing outside for a while. Put some water and some toys out and make sure he has a shady spot. If they don’t let him stay outside on his own because the backyard isn’t dog proofed then that’s their fault. What does Beau do all day inside? Every single room in that house is cramped to the max. They have been filming them at the park more often with him but I hope they actually exercise him enough for his age and breed.
