I doubt they are paying cash for a house if she’s got discount boobs. Idk though, it’s interesting to have new speculation.



Side note: How come every time something comes up to liven the thread up the lurkers come out all offended and basically tell us to be good entertainers and get back to other topics? Bunch of Khoa’s in here calling people creepy. It’s a gossip thread about YT mama drama, participation is voluntary. If you want something else to read start posting and bring up other topics.

It really would depend on how much cash was in the bank. Bank only cares about if you have money for closing and down payment. If you spend your cash and can’t pay those cost at closing yes it could make your loan not go through.

Banks absolutely care about more than just down payment and closing. They are concerned about ability to pay the monthly on the loan, which is why they are concerned about overall income and/or cash in the bank. Other YouTubers have been unable to get mortgages on a home because banks require multiple years of adequate income when self employed, as YouTubers are. Self employed have to show even more of a stable history of income than just someone who is employed at a job. Sure they have been doing YouTube for 3 years but have not been making close to what they are now this entire time. Knowing these facts about banks lending to self employed couples would lead us to believe they are paying cash for these large purchases but it's just very hard to believe with their outrageous spending habits.

In “toddlers bright brand new bed” vlog Keren says the fan suggested Landon’s new bed comforter/ sheets not to get bunk beds she says in the beginning of the vlog that her and Khoa were talking about getting them bunk beds

That doesn’t mean she will do it or is looking. She clearly said she wasn’t sure about doing it because they had enough bedrooms. I do agree the beds they have now are big enough they could always try it and see how it goes.

Do you honestly believe they’ve made and spent 1 million dollars in the last year? $500,000 for the house and $400,000 on cars. Not too mention clothes, toys, apt, designer shit, etc.

If they were smart, they would have paid off their house first thing, but they’re not smart so I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t.

Their cars are 100% leased! They had the Lexus for less than a month and it seems like they did the same with the Porsche. You don’t just go out and buy cars like that unless you’re leasing them. That would be so fcking dumb. However, if that was the case, more of a reason they didn’t pay off their house.

I said said they could be leasing a long time ago. No I don’t believe everything they say. But having the house paid off I do believe them on that. I do not believe they are in credit card debt either. I think some people under estimate how much a sponsorship pays.

I know the new neighborhood that has now made Windermere lower on the totem pole is driving Keren nuts. I think that is why the sudden car buying etc. Keren has been seen at the TB and TM model home that is on the lake the perk is houses are lower priced because of the huge amount of construction for the next 3 years so you can get a million dollar home for 500-600k right now so easier to get loans because of value gap. The model is about to be sold as it sits Keren would love that she could pretend she actually decorated it and have her 10 year olds talk about how they dream of being as good as she is at ID.
