OT but the 20 month old that I babysit has absolutely blossomed since starting 2x a week preschool about a month ago! She barely said anything but is talking (well it’s gibberish) and pointing out facial features constantly. She understood when I asked her for the green colored pencil and gave it to me. I really hope they put the kids in some sort of school soon even just one or two times a week. I know I’m stating the obvious but it would help SOO much.

We can prove K&K have been lying since the very beginning. Even when Kern had her snow white voice and they we're a little bit relatable.
1. The house could never have been a surprise for Keren since it's solely in her name. Not her and Khoa. JUST HER.
2. I highly doubt that the house has been paid off. I feel like the only reason the house is in Keren's name and not them both is because it's on mortgage. Khoa seems to have a criminal record and he can be denied a mortgage or have a bad credit.
3. If the house was paid off later they'd definitely include Khoa's name on the agreement.
4. I feel like buying these luxury cars and selling them within a month is definitely to improve their credit score to they can get a mortgage for the lake house. It will happen soon! They will just impulsively buy one and pretend like they've been building it for a while.
5. Criminal records can also cause a difficulty renting a place so that's why they could have been staying with Nonnie before buying this house.

I have to chime in. I’m a realtor in the north east, depending on the town most times only
1 person will show up on public record.
You can also be on the deed and not the mortgage and it’s not impossible to have a mortgage with poor or bad credit.
It’s called manual under writing and most companies do it..

That being said- she’s annoying as shit and there’s NO POSSIBLE WAY they make enough money and have such little debt that they should be getting approved for all of this stuff- cars, houses, jet skis

But it is them, so, it will be interesting to see. I was told though to not even pay cash for anything like that, but that could be because of our income bracket at the time, I’m not sure.

It really would depend on how much cash was in the bank. Bank only cares about if you have money for closing and down payment. If you spend your cash and can’t pay those cost at closing yes it could make your loan not go through.

If they were leasing wouldn't they be paying quite a bit to just return the cars? So wouldn't they get what they wanted to begin with? Didn't Khoa say his sister (the oldest her name escaped me) took over the Lexus? Or was she just borrowing it for a while?

I actually think it's weird they haven't moved yet.

I mean how are you going to own a vehicle near half the amount of your home? That's weird.
Their home isn't that great, especially to Kernel's standards. I'm sure she wants something bigger, shinier, nicer. It's really aging in some spots (the weird pool deck ceiling that's falling apart, their disgusting drive way). Plus they need more garage space to hide their vehicles. I bet it's been a pain in the ass to make sure they're always hiding it.

And I don't think they would have bought those huge jet skis unless they were planning on the lake house. Their garage is already packed.

The lake house will probably be 3 stories. They'll lock Landon up at the top in his dungeon. King Jafar will have his own dedicated floor.

Sponsorships are where ppl make the most money but the reason sponsors are seeking out ppl like KK and Rachelle Swannie, is bc they can get away with paying them A LOT less than REAL celebs. There are websites that calculate how much sponsors pay based on IG engagement and last time I checked Keren makes less that $2,000 per post. I don’t watch their vlogs, how many vlogs are sponsored nowadays? Based on what’s been said here, they do maybe 1 a week? Or 2 a month? Not much. BUT STILL MORE THAN THEY DESERVE!

I’m telling you guys, they make money! But...not as much as what they want ppl to THINK they make. Also, merch and presets is where their $ comes from. So...ripping off their fans to buy fancy cars. Great role models!

There is a company in Orlando that leases luxury cars they have a 60 day switch out. The company is targeting executive staying in the area short term1-16 months. They have the choice to insure through them or your own ins. I am betting they are using that company it is very popular. A lot of people lease dream cars from them to make a choice in what to buy so that is why they allow the switch outs it cost more to lease from them but you have more freedom than a dealer.

I don’t know which YT’er you’re talking about but it also has to do with their core audience. If you’re a beauty channel or cooking channel, you’re going to get more for a sponsorship from a company in that market bc that’s what your audience is interested in.

KK’s audience is a bunch of teen girls. How many of them are actually ordering the stuff they’re advertising? 2-3%? That’s why all the stuff K pushes is the same shit every other YT mom advertises. Fabletics, Vanity Planet, Garnier etc. Its STILL money for doing nothing but she’s not getting $10,000 per sponsorship. No way! That would be a loss for the company bc they would need her to sell at least $75,000+ worth of merchandise to make it worth it.

Yes, there are niche YT’ers who make thousands of dollars on sponsorships but that’s not KK. They are about as basic as it comes. How many “family vloggers” are there? Dime a dozen.
