I love her giant essay on c-sections in her stories. The best part is when she writes that medical professionals no longer perform vaginal births on breech babies because it’s unsafe. I wonder how many “peer-reviewed medical journals” she read before coming to the same conclusion that everybody with half a brain already knows. Thanks for clearing up all the “misinformation” out there, Elle. Here I was all this time, thinking babies being born feet or butt first was totally fine. Women used to regularly DIE in childbirth due to breech or stuck babies, but maybe they were just unlucky!

Her list of things to do to get this baby to turn is extensive. It must be so exhausting to be as controlling as she is. This is going to mar the final few weeks of this pregnancy she’s been trying so hard to cherish every moment of, because I guess she won’t get her vaginal birth and subsequent viral video at the end of it all.

If I were her, I would relax, enjoy the last month of pregnancy, and come what may. If she tries and tries and tries to turn this baby and still ends up with a c-section, she’s going to look at her birth experience as a failure. She failed to turn her baby, and so they had to do a c-section. For someone like Elle, that thought process is incredibly damaging. Relaxing and just doing her thing without any hardcore set agenda, preparing mentally and emotionally for a c-section, etc is probably the best thing that she can do. That way, if it ends up being a c-section, it’s not a failure...it’s the birth of her daughter!

Here’s a big positive she could focus on:

You never know when you’re going to go into labour. This is so stressful if you’re trying to organize work, childcare, pet care, last minute packing, and more. If you have a planned c-section, all of these variables can be sorted in advance. Since she is so controlling, I feel like this would be a huge comfort for her. Now she can go into the hospital with clean clothes, hair and makeup done, after a decent night’s sleep, kids and dogs taken care of, with everything she needs packed and ready, and then let the doctors do the hard part. At the end of it, she goes home with her baby. Everybody wins.

Seems way less stressful to me.

Elle is probably already praying her c section baby comes out still in her amniotic sac so she can get a good photo. “MIRACLE BABY STILL IN GOD’S SAC”

Or she’ll at least demand she pulls the baby out herself so she gets some good video clips for her MIRACLE C-SECTION VLOG.

VEGAN MOM AND ADOPTED DOG OWNER HAS A MIRACULOUS C-SECTION. ANOINTS BABY WITH FRANKINCENSE THEN EATS HER OWN PLACENTA.

Followed by a vlog titled “I ate my own placenta, am I still vEgAn ??!!” then gives some explanation how her placenta was second hand so it was okay to eat it.

I just read her Instagram story about all the interventions she's going to try with chiropractors, etc. Honestly, some of them sound like they could end up doing way more harm than good (the spinning babies exercises sound pretty harmless, but I don't know about the chiro stuff...). A C-section is a very low-risk operation and I personally would not be comfortable doing some of this pseudoscience wackiness to try to avoid it.

Okay so I just noticed she’s reposted the breech vlog on IGTV. Wow, she is really riding this hard for attention. It’s going to be a long four weeks of constant c-section obsession until this baby is born. But maybe it’ll only be two to three more weeks if they end up doing it a week or two before her due date and then we can all be put out of our fucking misery. This has been the longest pregnancy OF MY LIFE.

She’s really questioning her strategy I bet.

She loves sympathy, so she can play the “poor me!” card. She loves that ego stroking and consoling that her hardcore clan gives her. But sympathy doesn’t make room for superiority. How can she feel better than everyone else if she’s getting pity?

My bet is she rides out milking sympathy for a while, then puts on a strong face for the csection and goes the route of “I overcame the intense struggle put before me! The lord tested me and I prevailed! See prayer and a good attitude heals everything! Be strong like me! I’m empowering you to be empowered!” ESPECIALLY if baby girl ends up flipping around before the c section.

One minute in and Elle is already proclaiming “we are really a community and not just me being like ‘look how fabulous I am’” ....in case you still needed proof that Elle read here... And now she’s just magically ok with having a c-section... Elle’s presence here is strong!

She’s also already letting us know all about baby girls personality. Wow, Elle. Let this baby be who she will be. She’s not even born yet! I actually can’t handle that part of the video. SO cringey!!! And just so everyone knows at 3:03.... Elle has always been able to mash up work and personal life, but baby girl doesn’t like that and is making Elle not be able to be productive anymore. So tisk tisk, it’s baby girls fault she had to switch video schedules. WOW, just WOW!

Also worth noting.. I wish she would clean up her eyebrows to be more similar to her pregnancy with Forde. She has changed her look so much, but it’s just little things, like the eyebrows, that make her look unkempt and like she doesn’t really care about her appearance. She was also slightly swollen in the face with Cohen and her lips were itty bitty, so I think it’s safe to say that Elle has continued with her lip injections this pregnancy

I really feel bad for the two boys already having put on the spotlight since birth. She has gone easy on them lately which is nice. But poor baby girl has so much pressure already. Elle already decided her personality even before being born. I understand there are different feelings for each pregnancy but to sum up their personality based on how they move in the womb is just ridiculous.

Also I can't believe how much she's doing to get this baby to turn. Spinning babies exercise that threw her back out, chiro and acupuncture? She really setting herself up to be feel like a failure if none of that works. Elle please take it easy for real. You need to enjoy this last few weeks for your overall health.

Also she made her own little bubble of community. It's distorted because she made it that way. Real mom communities are real life mom groups, friends and maybe even mom Facebook groups. Not Elle's channel, it's purposefully made to center around Elle's life not the viewers

Hey Elle!! Since today’s video was basically a shout out to us, just wanted to take a second to personally connect you with OUR community and welcome you!!!!

Today’s video: “Oh Wait I’m OK w/CSection if it gets me views!”

Elle starts the video by reminding us of the HUGE obstacle that’s been put before her, GASP a breech baby. She runs through the ridiculous list of voodoo she’s trying (and admits she threw her back out doing spinning babies lmao)

BUT DONT WORRY! She’s decided to overcome this and have a good attitude even thought she definitely “isnt excited about a c section” (dripping with condescension).

She also thanks the community because it’s SUCH a two way street and the community is so involved. Please stop and think about the last time you saw Elle actually connect with a viewer or ask them about their life. Look above to how she treated that religious lady who has lost babies - she didn’t even acknowledge her loss. Some community that is.

As stated before me, she talks about how BABY GIRL has pushed her to find a work/life balance. Sorry boys! You guys totally weren’t worth finding balance for. Only precious baby girl can pull mommy away from her work. Boys? Bleh. BABY GIRL? Omg gotta cut back on work so I can bond and learn her personality before she’s even born.

Weird ass conversation about baby girl’s personality, the most gag/cringe part of the video. She’s projecting SO MUCH into this poor baby. I hope her therapist watches the videos so she can address the clear mental issues coming through. It’s one thing to think a baby is wild because it wiggles a lot in there, but this is next level “Baby girl wants her presence known in her own way, from taking her time coming into existence...” like huh? Girl step back. Even once she’s here she’ll be a blob for the first few months before her personality really comes through.

Finally intros this video as a mash up of her 3 pregnancies inspired by her friends. Because she TOTALLY HAS FRIENDS. Let me mention them by name specifically so you guys realize I have REAL FRIENDS who are YTERS and my FRIEND and we are totally BEST FRIENDS.

Mash up reminding us that Elle has always been annoying (mildly) but that her “I’m better than you” attitude is a new development. Pregnant with Forde she was more relatable. Pregnant with Cohen she has to stop and specifically clarify that the maple syrup in her oatmeal is PURE HEALTHY CLEAN MAPLE SYRUP not some aunt Jemima poor/fat people syrup.

She’s definitely touched up her lips. FOR SURE. They’re a completely different shape.

I’m also puzzled by this whole personality download she’s done onto this baby. I get what she means when she says she gets a sense of who the baby is, I had that sense too, and for the most part I have been right about my kids. I just feel like she’s throwing in a lot of “strong girl” cliches, like this baby knows who she is and what she wants etc. Why? Because you’ve been sick and bloated this entire pregnancy and now she’s breech? This is how she’s making her presence known to you - by just fucking your shit up? I don’t get it.

All I’ve ever wanted for my kids, boy or girl, is that they grow up to be happy, hardworking, kind people. Being “strong” or being a “go-getter” in my mind aren’t traits I need to see in my kids. There is beauty in vulnerability too. The opposite of strong isn’t necessarily weak. I feel like she’s working so hard on working this baby into the STRONG WOMAN framework that she’s not making space for her personality to unfold naturally. I feel like she’s said before that she’s always strived to raise her boys to be kind and gentle, etc. But her daughter has to be STRONG?

I dunno, maybe I’m grasping at straws and am not making much sebse but I find this whole thing annoying. I get that boys and girls are not the same, but we still parent them the same and teach them the same values, etc don’t we? (ie always respect others as opposed to boys, don’t rape! girls, don’t be raped!).
