Oh god that’s awful. I looked at her surgeons profile and not all his tummy tucks have a long ass scar like that, some are relatively short and don’t go from side to side.
She got in done in January and is supposed to take a 6 month photo in July. Watch us never see that picture because she’ll gain 5 pounds between now and then

Ouch what the fuck. I know it's been like 15 weeks (maybe more) idk since her surgery but those scars look super painful and raw still. Horrible. So if she wants to wear a nice bikini at the pool this summer (which we all know she's gonna do) those nasty scars are gonna be showing plus the creepy looking darth Vader belly button. Unless she wears her high rise bikini like the one she wore to Hawaii. Yikes.

I was immediately irritated when I saw Lilia sitting with no booster, that belt fit was fucking horrible. The shoulder strap was almost entirely on her neck! She still needs at least a no back booster, possibly with a positioning clip. What happened to her being so concerned with her kids car seat safety?

Because he’ll assume she’ll brush it off. My mom used to do shit like that and she made herself very unapproachable.

About her tummy tuck scar, it looks like she’s not treating it anymore. She needs to either put that scar prevention tape on for a few more weeks or use some sort of scar cream or bio oil while it’s still healing. But are we really surprised that she’s not properly caring for her scar? Look at everything else in her life
