I think they are in denial that their “miracles” aren’t perfect and therefore aren’t seeking proper intervention to deal with the issues. I also believe they can’t see the girls as individuals with individual needs. They always seem to be treated as one of a set: buying one size clothing for all 4, always buying four of everything (recently I recall reading somewhere that A$$wit posted about a cute outfit but couldn’t buy it because there weren’t four). So unless all four need it, it’s not going to happen for just one - not enough to get everyone’s attention. What’s special about one child needing help when they have four, and are a unit?Pina wrote:The two bigger girls are defiantly more advanced, in all areas except for empathy, than the smaller two. Indie in particular seems to struggle, maybe GDD?
Is it possible they are aware of health conditions/delays and just dont discuss it online?
(I was in denial for a while over my child needing speech therapy (so I understand the denial part) , timing wise though I think it has worked better that we waited for him as he is improving in leaps and bounds). I also mommed up and got him what he needed.
