They would have their logo registered officially in their country of origin. Then if they discovered someone was using it, they would use an attorney from the country or state in which the act happened to notify that party to stop, have their own attorneys try to contact first or they would take them to court, etc but in that country or state, depending on circumstances.
So if say, McDonald’s found their logo was being used in a little corner place in South Africa called McDougle’s they would have to first have proof this was happening. Then their litigation team would contact this place in South Africa or get attorneys from that area to assist if they persisted in use of the logo.
And this is my point in some regards...
I think this Greedy family knew this logo was made by this Italian artist and was likely thinking well she’s in Italy... she can’t do much. Or maybe someone won’t notice. They are that dumb!

They work with professional journalists and photographers and media consultants so as not to look like the Greedners. They don't sit around and copy everyone they want to be like and try to fake it till they make it.

The gardners are very calculating people (with papa Steve's help) who don't care who they hurt in the process.

They didn’t care about the consequences of deciding to fly for Indie, the paramedics who attended, for those working the airline or the other passengers. They didn’t care when they filmed Dr Doolittle stitching their child’s head or what trouble that brought for him.
These people are dangerously stupid. They lack intelligence, but they are calculating and shrewd - or at least daddy Steve is! He won’t let his daughter take the blame, no matter what!

I thought the logo was ugly, too, but I liked the original. The Greeds cannot even copy correctly. They took a beautiful logo and made it ugly.

So now wouldn't they be obligated to give that 59% off as that is how they advertised it? That's what real stores do anyway. I wouldn't be too happy to find out I wasn't getting the advertised discount and I would fight to get the 59% off.

I may be a bit off-topic here but I never liked that doctor of theirs. I don't know if this has been discussed earlier , much before the Indie injury fiasco, I remember during one of the girl's annual checkup he looks at the bigger set of twins and says those are lovely lips , that is a few thousand dollars saved in plastic surgery, something in those lines. Now if they were my daughters and if anybody said that I'd have snapped and changed my doc the next day but Ashley took it as a compliment and giggled.
There is a comment in the YouTube community section under the golf cart question about whether anyone else has noticed Grubs have started using the Ohana adventure setup? I don't watch the Ohana vlog, but I suppose Grubs are mimicking them too.

I actually believe that Tyler likes to get caught cheating, lying, stealing and openly sexually grooming young children. One of the reasons Tyler chooses to do those things is because he gets a thrill showing the world that not only does no harm come to him like other common criminals (whom Hod doesn’t like;) he actually is praised hundreds of times per day in spite of his evil ways.
