So before Dolphins bombshell tea spillage, what I thought was happening was an old woman (Jill) who was insecure about her own lack of education and poverty and thus she hobbled her own children (keeping them from college and bettering themselves) so theyd never be better than her.
After all, she pulled Tawra out of a paid scholarship to a Swiss College (supposedly!)

So I believe that if the news of Tawras dad being gay gets out, Tawra and Jill will capitalize on it with the Bible.
They will have many many fundy fans rally around them.

Tawra I think the fact that you take $1.00 superchats from ppl on disability making $20k a year is a far more egregious sin than homosexuality.

All this being said, I do believe that Tawra and Jill are in fact still very very insecure. Insecure people are afraid of hearing alternate points of view.

If you read the chat during shows half those ppl cant even think without asking Tawra.
They ask some of the dumbest questions about cooking.

OT: have you ever read comments on recipes, where a commenter says, "Im allergic to half these ingredients, what can I use instead?"

They are really cranking out the shows these days. I guess trying to make more money for the trip to Ireland. I'm wondering how long the "Faithful Assistant Heidi" (how condescending is that?!) will stick around. She's certainly got more on the ball than Tawra and could probably offer more helpful advice and not in a rude, condescending manner. At some point Tawra will realize this and - poof! - Heidi will be gone. I think it really bugs Tawra that Jill is much more popular with viewers and that videos with her get a lot more views.

This week's videos were entertaining from a snarky point of view. Monday's sloppy joe's with the "BEST cole slaw" (made with cabbage, mayo, carrots, and sugar - wow, groundbreaking). Then the episode on how to get $500K (to save for retirement). Didn't the episode where T&M were bragging about paying off their house include the detail that they hadn't yet (in their mid-40s) saved for retirement?

I too wonder what's going to happen when a couple of the kids come out as gay; it's bound to happen. I'm thinking rejection by T&M.

Why does Tawra baby Jack so much - allows the constant intruptions and all that excessive kissing? I don't know any 9/10 (?) year old kid who would go for that. I doubt she treated any of the older kids that way when they were young. She's not doing him any favors.

Re. George/Jill. I think Jill is still in love with him (maybe even hopes he'll come back). If you go back to her "interview" videos where he comes up a lot, she always refers to him as "her husband" never "ex-husband" and I sort of wonder if they never divorced since she could claim that went against her religion. Jill is very attractive (still) and I would have thought she would have had opportunities to remarry in the last 35 years.

Dolphin? The only reason I found out about Tawra and Mike is by seeing the Zaycon Chicken epi on my recommendeds.
I LOVED THAT EPISODE. But all other episodes came apart for me. I dont normally watch mommy bloggers or channels
like Tawras. I like cooking channels, travel, geeky nerdy stuff. But I LOVE psychology, so Tawra fascinates me.

So no I have never seen OOG.
