I don’t think it is in Murrieta/Temecula area. There are some and they even show photos and none of them are Bryan’s. I really don’t think other people are using it. It’s a huge $$$$ pit.

It could be there but maybe he's not advertising it. He is expecting to be a big music star after all. Why should he rent out his toy room for others?
I actually have no idea where exactly it is. I'm assuming Murrieta because he's too lazy to drive far, and real estate anyplace cooler would be very expensive. I shouldn't say "we're assuming". I'm assuming.

In a recent vlog he said the music studio was right down the road from his house. Really don’t see big artists traveling that far to use a youtubers music studio. I don’t think Bryan will get far relying on his YouTube audience. Especially with most of them being kids. If he wants his career to go big he needs to do big things. He’s been making music for years with no avail. Try to get onto the Voice or American idol. Do what at lot of big artist did, like Taylor Swift. Sing at cafes or walk into record labels and sing your heart out. Do what Shawn Mendes or Justin Bieber did. Do cover songs on YouTube. Songs that people already know. Songs that people already have a connection with. Songs that draw people into “Bryan Lanning”. THEN drop new music. By then people will already have a musical connection with him Vs a “I see you and your wife drive around with your kids” type of connection

He did do some covers. He did "You'll Be in My Heart" with Peter Hollens.
The thing is, he doesn't want to work for it, really. Missy got him a guitar, but he hasn't learned to play it. He won't take voice lessons. He wouldn't be successful in the Voice or AI because he's just not that good.
That's the real reason he's not very successful. He isn't very good, but isn't willing to put in the work to be better. He just wants to be handed a Grammy. All of the big stars have vocal coaches. But he just isn't willing to face that he isn't this amazing natural talent, and do the work. He'd rather spend money on a lot of toys for the studio.

I partly agree. I think he has a good voice but I agree it could be better. Kelly Clarkson has an incredible voice yet she’s openly discussed having voice lessons along with other highly talented artist. What he’s doing isn’t working yet he continues doing it. He has 100,000 views on his lyric video. Is this his idea of being a singer?! Is this going to pay all the bills? Probably not. He’s needs to do something else.

That’s exactly what I’ve thought. He had that other studio that Bryan used. I think his wife is also involved somehow in the business. I think Bryan obviously has all the $$$ to front it and it’s also Bryan who is decorating the space.

I think the other studio was called Reamp or ReVamp. We all know that Bryan likes to embellish the truth to make himself look more important. I’d hope that the producer didn’t put all his eggs in the basket with the Lannings.

I'm really hoping I'm replying correctly. This is my first time, and I've been lurking in the shadows for a long, long time. I basically created my account to respond to this. I live in their general area, and I'm pretty confident his studio is in Temecula. When Missy was doing her "duckling rescue" I caught a glimpse of the cross-streets and its temecula area, and she told Bryan that it had happened a few minutes away from where their studio is... and if it's in an area I'm thinking of, there are TONS of industrial buildings by where she found the ducklings so it's not completely out of the question.
