I wonder how she’ll be as a mom. Will she act like she has a perfect life and only dress her kids in the same colors that match her theme/feed/life while stuffing her face with junk and saying “I don’t gain weight guysssss, I never workout, omg I just have a really good metabolism”, like her BFF Tara?
Or will she be a lazy bum, always sick of her kids, and dropping them off at the nanny’s like Aaryn?

Exactly. How much was it? $300K? The average person can probably afford that. She wants us to believe she’s rich which is why she blows through so much money. Let’s be honest, the average person that is in their 20’s in the US cannot afford a 300k home. And I mean truly afford, not be house poor and just barely able to scrape by each month bc their mortgage is such a high % of their budget.

I think she blows through money bc she has no concept of a budget and doesn’t realize how quickly YouTube can collapse. I don’t really get a “I’m rich” vibe from her the way I do from Aaryn. I think she’s just straight up dumb about finances among many other things.

Her house looks cheaply built. Maybe it was even less than 300K its only a 4 bdrm. She tries hard to convince people she has money by having everything white and "clean" looking. But it just looks drab like her. I can't believe she needed 30 minutes to tell what was in her hospital bag. I wonder how many people actually stayed awake watching that straight through.

Well, someone posted above (I just copied the line) "she thinks that’s the only way to make a living and get out of her probably $2,000/mo apartment in CA".

If you think of a 250k Mortgage at 5% your looking at roughly $1,200 a month 30yr. So she technically qualifies based on what was written to buy a home similar to Tara's in TX, not CA, right now. YT or not if above is true...

Of course a down payment is needed, but...

That's interesting I'm sure they have a steep thirty year mortgage and I would be shocked if Tara gets five more years out of YT. That's a lot of pressure to keep selling your family.
