Right! With 4 kids AND a big active dog, she should’ve focused more on a big backyard yard instead of worrying about white cabinets and granite countertops.

That backyard is a hot ass mess. It's typical though of all the new builds going up now though, no yard, tiny ass patio, so close you can hear your neighbor breathing. We looked at houses just like Britney got before buying ours and passed. The countertops and bathrooms weren't enough for us but then we're not trying to pretend we have money or have an Instagram aesthetic life lol

Omg I haven’t been watching her latest videos but that whole backyard is a disaster. It looks so cluttered and junky! They should have built a deck if they wanted a big hangout space, or at least a bigger patio. Do they seriously think they’re going to spend that much time sitting out on their sectional lawn couch?

It would have made much more sense to get a nice patio table with benches and a sun umbrella.

They should have absolutely expanded that patio before buying furniture and the pergola. The cement space is WAY too small for what she has. The sectional looks silly smashed up so close to the door and the pergola doesn't fit. Any real handy man would have built their own pergola so they could have the span needed to avoided any of the pieces crossing through the windows. When youre inside you'll have black poles going down the center of 2 windows.

Omg that yard looks like shit! I keep thinking if the wind blew a little too hard that pole will go flying into the windows lol. For someone that likes to have a certain aesthetic her pergola doesn’t even go with the furniture.

Exactly my point, she should’ve gotten a bigger backyard to begin with but since hers is so small she could’ve made that area more like a relaxing area for them to relax have BBQs etc since the kids like play out in the front anyways. They should’ve done something like this:

I could have sworn they said it was a new 2017 they just didn't sell yet, and that's why they got such a great deal? Because it only had 100 something miles on it.. I could have heard wrong. But, I was laughing at how she said "tint" I missed the "bubbles" part.

It is “new”. But not a 2019 so that’s why I say used. It’s used not brand new off the lot 5 miles....it had a couple hundred miles yes. People climb in and out of it if it was in the showroom. It’s been driven too. So they should have known to check it out.

We have 2.5 acres. Mine was 367k. But I admit that didn’t include the land. Land was paid off after our old house sold.

Home prices are all relative, and I have no idea what prices are like there, but I will say Im CERTAIN she could have got a home better suited to their needs for the money she spent on this one. The only reason she bought this house if for the prestige of saying they had their home custom built. If she could have got past the "need" for a new build she could have made much better use of her money.

Being that its Britney though Im fully expecting that house to be on the market in a year or two when the newness is gone. That's not going to be a long term home, she will have to have bigger and better, she cant commit to anything.
