Britney really shot herself in the foot with this story....even if it was to be true, she’s still a huge piece of shit for vlogging the ENTIRE HOUR LONG incident (if the incident even happened). Any person with a normal functioning brain would’ve called their local police station and told them “she’s on her way and being followed”.

She even mentioned all the places this person “followed” her yet she still waits for AN HOUR to call 911?!?! Give me a fucking break, this is just an excuse for her to take a break from vlogging and get sympathy for all the backlash from all the DMD talk.

I'm totally confused about whether she thinks Nolan is disabled or not; she is such a bonehead! But Nolan is disabled and would most certainly qualify for educational services under the IDEA act. He may even qualify for assistance under South Carolina's medicaid program or even social security.

I really hope she has been working with his preschool to access services for speech and learning therapy as well as modification of his school environment so he can participate without losing energy. But I doubt it. He always seems exhausted after school. Fuck it Brit; even Vanessa (2011Teenagemom) did better with her kid. How pathetic is that!!

I work for ESE. He would totally qualify for services under IDEA. EVEN if she wanted to do homeschool (which I pray she doesnt) but he would qualify for physical therapy and she could bring him for PT at school and take him home. We have students here that receive services that way even speech and language impaired students. His disease would also more than likely qualify for him to receive classroom accommodations and she could even request that he be in a smaller classroom setting. The fact that she'd rather him sit at home versus advocate for him in school so that he can still attend is extremely frustrating.

I mean yea they more than likely will evaluate him for a learning disability but his diagnosis alone would qualify him because it WILL impede his ability to learn and interact in a classroom setting. In FL he couldn't get OT or PT on an IEP by itself BUT they could easily staff him as "Other Health Impaired" or "Orthopedic Impairment" and give him PT as a related service WITHOUT him having a learning disability per say. There's tons of options for kids like Nolan to make his education experience as comfortable and helpful as possible. If Britney would educate herself and advocate for her child he could be doing so much more. Its sad to watch honestly , shes a piece of crap

If you think you’re being followed and want to know for sure, going through a drive thru just to see if the person will follow is a good way to tell. Like, almost all fire stations, community centers, police stations, and hospitals have spaces to do transactions like Craigslist and Facebook sales so people can be in a safe environment in broad daylight. If this person was aggressively tailgating them, going into a police station/other public area is the best thing you can do because there are witnesses, and chances are they will leave you alone and you can call the non emergency police number (NOT 911, that's for emergencies) to report the incident. Like good lord Britney. At least make your lies believable.
