Clearly none of Elle’s Instagram followers actually watch her YouTube videos because I can tell you that’s a big NO for all of these maybe the wallet could work but I’m guessing Dan still uses a velcro wallet he probably bought from Walmart back in high school (I bet it says NO FEAR on it too).

If I remember, “Hair Two Heels” was because she posted content on caring for yourself “from your hair to your heels!” — but where’s the “TWO” come in? Does she not know the difference or was there some catchy reason for that.

Likely because "Hair To Heels" was taken so she tried to pass off the 'two' thing as clever since originality has never been her forte.


(edit) RE: Father's Day, I can't imagine being with my partner for years and having no clue on a gift idea for him. My dad was always difficult to shop for because he was at a point in his small business that he could afford to just buy it if he wanted. I had to switch gears to heartfelt letters(which he told me were his favorite of all my gifts ) and nerdy figurines(ok maybe he loved the "HAN SHOT FIRST!!" note I stuck to the figurine box the most ). Anyway, point being, it's one thing to have trouble shopping for someone because they always already have everything but having no idea is baffling to me. But not surprising considering who we're talking about, here.

And she’s like look at me showered and dressed and holding a baby and pumping. I AM SUPER MOM TODAY!!!

Your baby sleeps 24/7
Your husband is home full time right now
Your dad is taking care of the boys
Your boys are at school/daycare all day
You have multiple postpartum doulas

But yeah high five for showering? Wow, mom goals for sure. Cool. Can’t wait for the shit show when her dad goes back to his own life, Dan goes back to work, the doulas finish their contract, and Elle has to manage three kids all on her own. Let’s see how much she flexes then!

I haven't heard of KKandbabyJ but I saw a few of OKbaby's vlogs. It's definitely more fast paced and high energy, very typical of the popular vloggers that get millions of views. Elle is delusional if she thinks that she is in that level. Like everyone says her content is non existent, a bore and stretched out. If she manages to get an OKbaby viewer to watch her, she will put them to sleep .

Re: Father's Day gift to Dan, I'm dying with J&J gift idea! Even if a person is hard to buy gifts for because they can afford everything, they have something they collect or love. My husband is obsessed with microbrewery beers, even though he gets that for himself every couple of weeks, he will still love to have it as a gift. Elle needs to find out what Dan's quirk is no matter how nerdy it is. Maybe buy him a new frisbee? Or a new video game? If I, as a sporadic viewer know that Dan likes frisbee and is a gamer then Elle must be so narcissistic that she can't even get to know her own husband.

You are gonna need it. I have been watching in short pieces and taking breaks because it is ANNOYING. Not finished yet; about halfway through. Cannot wait for your recap.
She is horrible when 'sharing' baby...she was asking Forde nagging questions while he clearly just wanted to enjoy holding his sister. Then she promptly snatches Blankette away the moment she makes the slightest peep of a cry saying 'she wants mommy again'.
Dan is much better when the boys are with Blankette.
Also, she goes into the after-birth doula support she has and gave herself 'permission to have a week's bed rest'. WOW. Now that is relatable for a mom of 3! Elle is absurd; unless she had some major physical complications she is not disclosing.
Previously on her channel she always spoke about how birth is what our bodies are designed to do and how natural it all is blah blah blah...but then how does that warrant a week in bed?

KKandBabyJ is the same kind of content as OKbaby. Keren and Kyra are best friends so it doesn’t surprise me any that she went after Keren too. You’re showing your desperation a little, Elle... both channels aren’t great but that’s a whole other topic I won’t get into.

I get it. Take a couple days at most to be in bed with your baby. I mean, most of us take that time at the hospital, but what do I know.

I can’t imagine actively deciding not to be available to my other kids for a WEEK(!!!!) because I have a newborn. It’s not a luxury we get as moms of multiple children, period. For her to put it all between Cohen and the baby tells me that she doesn’t see how SHE is causing/exacerbating his insecurities by separating herself from him. This was HER choice. The only way to reassure your kids is to be available to them...especially in the beginning when trying to establish a new norm and routine.

Sitting and knitting while her kids play outside without her is a choice she made to not be involved with her kids. The baby was asleep in the swing under 50 blankets and did not need her in those moments. Dan was clearly there, fulfilling his duties as cameraman, he could have sat with the baby. Elle should have gotten her pasty ass the fuck outside to be with her boys. I’m so mad about it.

I sensed the chill factor too. I wondered if maybe she was upset with the camera being right in her face since she’s clearly going through chemo now and is probably feeling very tired and insecure.

That whole thing about the brands and WEST COAST KIDS! WEST COAST KIDS! was super tacky. You can tell Elle loved the attention. She kept doing that annoying wheezy gasp laugh at all her own jokes too throughout this vlog too, super irritating. Also, she gets bonus points for cutting Dan off completely without even batting an eyelash, and then comes back to him in the end so he can give his perspective on a topic Elle has already moved on from.

Okay...so it appears Cohen feels attention starved. Poor little guy. It seems HE is the one chasing after her and verbalizing his want to be with her.
As a mom of a toddler close to Cohen's age, this breaks my heart. Elle: it is YOUR job to express love toward your children and make them feel secure; it should not be on Cohen to chase you down for love. SO SAD.

Recap: DITL OF SAHM OF 3 FAMILY OF 5

Fuck, just started the video and it’s 18 minutes. 18 minutes of boring trash.

Blankette is going back to the hospital to check bilirubin levels, surprise the boys are at daycare because honestly who gives a shit about them anymore?

OOTD for Blankie. Barf. Elle is “back in these days” (newborn) and “on cloud nine”. Remember how weird giddy hysterical she was about that doctor? Now she’s that way about having a newborn. She really LOVE babies and HATES kids. Surely she realizes that even precious Blankette will become an annoying kid one day?

According to Elle all the nurses freaked out an loved everything of Blankies and wanted to know where her clothes, blanket, etc were from and Elle told them “WEST COAST KIDS!!” (I call BS) “They swooned over everything, wasn’t it cute? (Asking dan)” Poor Dan fries to answer and she interrupts him of course.

“I’m killing this mom of 3 kids thing! I’m standing, just nursed, I’m showered, and I’m pumping!” Ms Elle is super proud of herself, but you’re really only parenting one kid. The other two are nowhere to be seen

Elle’s in-laws are there and on camera. The clips of them cut very quickly, telling me they didn’t cooperate to make quality video content. Elle cracks some jokes, cackles at herself, and her MiL doesn’t even break a smile. LOVE IT. Dans mom needs to get her ass on this board with us.

Elle asks Forde about the zoo but then ignores what he says and only gives attention to Blankette. Literally snatched him from Forde because she made a tiny squeal “SHE WANRS HER MAMA!” Bumpa thankfully gives these poor boys some attention. Actually, he plays with them in the backyard while Queen Elle knits next to baby. I cannot roll my eyes enough.

Dan is actually allowed to hold Blankette, but he’s also filming so I’m assuming Queen Elle is napping or at the spa or having plastic surgery or something.

Cohen asks if Blankies hair and teeth will be pink. Because Elle has drowned her in so much pink already, poor kid thinks SHES going to be pink. Dan is actually really good with the boys and baby.

Elle confirms she hasn’t been downstairs much since giving birth. She also shares about her “help” post partum. She’s had a massage and paid someone (doula) to come do her laundry, meal prep for her, and play with the boys. So the key to being a MOM OF THREE? Hire other people to parent for you. “I’m giving myself permission to be on bedrest for a week, then I’ll slowly come out of my cave!” - ok, but that isn’t relatable. Most moms with other kids can’t have that luxury.

She goes on and on about the importance of taking it easy during this spiritual time, and I find myself asking “Why wasn’t this important for the boys?”

Elle goes to the chiropractor. Dan carries everything and baby and opens doors so that Queen Elle can vlog. She stops at Whole Foods to get butt cream because what she used for the boys isn’t good enough for Blankette. This shit is old already.

She brings up Cohen being sad and gives some sad examples of how he’s feeling, but says you can’t “juggle all the plates at once” as an excuse for why she’s been neglecting him. This part was infuriating to me. You can parent two kids at once. You can love two kids at once.

Ends by telling us “don’t worry more non-baby content is coming soon” .... but how can you film cleaning videos if your lazy ass won’t get out of bed and clean? Also she looks like a linebacker with belly gone but all the backfat still there.
