Yup. Plus, his school is paid for, his housing is paid for with the GI Bill. He’d actually be really stupid to let it go to waste like a lot of military men do. He’s still providing in a sense.
Serious question. I’m not trying to put anyone down or trying to fight. I’m genuinely curious. For those of you that stay home, do you consider yourselves living off your husband’s money? Why is it only bad when the husbands do it and it’s mooching off the wife. Legit curious.
Also why in the ever loving fuck would you drive hours to go a party when your 39 weeks pregnant?

I agree. People want womens equality but then if the husband doesnt make the $ its not ok. Look at Jesssfam, she even rubs it in her husbands face (although I think Chris is lazy). Its HER money, but if roles were reversed people would call him out on it. I'm a stay at home mom although now have a business and get so much crap for it - that I'm stuck in the 50's.
Ale is another youtuber. She's been in some of Tara's vlogs.

My husband served 20 years in the Army before retiring. I left my teaching job and was a SAHM until the youngest of our 2 boys started Kindergarten. Luckily, when I went back to work, I got a job teaching at the same elementary school the boys attended, and worked until my own retirement. Military health insurance covers children until they are 18. My teaching job covered children living at home or in college until 26, so I worked for the health insurance as well as the salary. We always considered our income as shared 'household' money. Those years I spent a SAHM were largely on my own. Husband was deployed often and also had several temporary duty assignments. We had no family within 800 miles.
As for Adam and his welding job. I am not certain of the details, but most skilled labor jobs, (welding, electric, HVAC) have an apprenticeship, journeyman and then master level of training. The apprenticeship pay is much lower than a master welder. Each level requires training and minimum years of experience before moving up. He may have thought it would involve too many years before he made the money he was expecting. Tara certainly will have an abundance of new YouTube content with Grayson. This might be a good time for Adam to go to school if that is what is best for his future work. I agree, though that it is risky to move on unless your health insurance is locked in.
I asked my brother (also former military and did an apprenticeship after he got out) and he said its possible Adam didnt make the cut once that was done so wasn't offered a job. If you think about it he started in January and those are usually 90-120 days. Would make sense.
My husband is the "miracle baby" of his family. His parents were told that they could never have kids. So, they adopted two kids and 8 years later were surprised when they were pregnant. My husband was born on his dad's birthday. Who cares?!?!? Get over your due date and chill out! Only 5% of babies are born on their due dates. Relax! So annoying!
Also just want to throw this out there... when you get out of the military not only is school free but sometimes they even pay you to go to school. We dont know if Adam had any injuries or issues related to service that would consider him disabled. Just because someone looks perfectly healthy on the outside doesnt mean theyre perfectly healthy on the inside. If he was rated a certain % theres a very good chance that he gets a disability check once a month. I know for us my husband is considering leaving his job because he would make more money going to school. The only thing that holds us back is that its 4 years and then you obviously need to find a job. We hate to give up a great job and risk not finding something as good in 4 years.
He's going to school for free too which isn't fair to everyone who has to work hard and pay for college and take out loans. So its really no risk to him. He is such a gross loser. Did he just have an epiphany moment and decide he couldn't handle welding any longer? Maybe Tara asked him to quit because she realized she couldn't handle three kids.

Do people in other careers risk their lives, deploy for months at a time, etc so you can be free? Military people don't get free housing. They receive an allowance, which is part of their take home pay. The allowance he received in CA was obviously not high enough to pay for rent off base so he lived on base. If people want free education, maybe they can join the Army and deploy a few times. It's really that easy (well, according to you)

That’s not how military pay works. You get your housing allowance based on where you live. I mean we all have a choice. He chose to go in the military and serve his time and now he’s using his benefits. Also, people take risks all the time. I personally know a few people who took big risks and it paid off in the end.
Money is the least of their concerns right now. She’s about to pop out a baby, like someone said earlier that content for her. Isn’t that how she grew her channel anyway?
Adam doesn't strike me like a total dumbass like Tara so I think they have a plan. People here talk about how Tara spends so much money but I think she's actually pretty conservative. I think most of the baby clothes she has for the kids are sent to her by companies. She may make tons of money at the moment, and if they're good with saving, they should have a good nest egg. I think it's smart for Adam to go back to school. If he thinks his passion is in something business related, then I'm glad he didn't stick with welding. The good thing about having money is that it buys you freedom. Freedom to decide how to live, what to do, etc. So good for them.
Tara still annoys me though. She better give birth today. I hope it wasn't all for drama and to take away the spotlight from Aaryn.

Adam seems to be more humble because of where he grew up. Maybe that's why he doesn't annoy me as much. Also he took care of her for how many years and is the reason her channel grew (although I still say they've bought subscribers when you look at views, Aaryn is less consistent and has only 5000 more but gets more views for example).
Is she serious that all other flights are canceled? Or is that just more dramatic effect. Everyone wanted her to do this to take away from Skylas party because Aaryn talked about right after Shays party but yet don't see Tara as an attention getter.

Yeah I don't think Adam would cheat but I'm sure he'll be flirting a lot and going out for "study groups". He loves getting complimented and attention. Meanwhile Tara's stuck at home with three little kids and doing youtube. Adam will most likely have to study at home too. It would make sense if they just had the two kids because then things would be easing up on Tara at home. I feel like Tara is just not the type to say no to Adam though.

If he was deployed and in the military fighting for our country he absolutely should receive a free education. Say what you guys want, but I think he would be crazy to not take full advantage of a free education! It's smart to do it while Tara's career is doing well, and as long as they're saving they have nothing to worry about. I can't understanding hating on someone for furthering their education, especially after giving up so much of his freedom when he was young to join the military. Free school and a housing allowance, as well as Tara's salary and many gifted items for the kids, they will be just fine. Good on Adam for going to college! Sets a great example for the kids! Also, who the hell cares who "financially supports" their family for a few years, man, woman or anything in between. This is not the 1950s.
I say this knowing the relationship you have with your OB, so don't come at me. But it sounds like Tara was in a hotel after Skylas party. To wake up and leave at 2AM to drive home. I get you don't "want" to deliver at another hospital but if she was so bad why not go and get checked instead of driving home in bad weather (according to her it was hailing). They could have monitored contractions and told her what to do. Aaryn as much as she's all about herself I'm sure would have went and got the girls or had Nick go get them and they already have 2 car seats in their vehicles. Better than delivering him on the side of the road. But then is that what she wanted? It just seems odd they stopped as soon as she got home. Hopefully she has him now that her dad is there and can only stay a week
