Well she was bragging about getting such a great deal on their flight so now it makes sense I’m just waiting for another rant about the airline messing something up on the way there or home

I will say Qatar would be a cool place to have a short visit. My cousin is in the air force and was there for about six months. He really enjoyed it.

i cant imagine spending probably 24 hours being on flights and layovers when they literally live in florida and could be in mexico or anywhere in the caribbean within hours. especially with three very young children at home. keren claims she hates the whole process of traveling but she can’t use her brain to make it as easy as possible

It looks like the video will be beautiful! I think it is a bit crappy though that Tiffani Beaston already showed their first kiss... which is where the "trailer" cuts off for suspense. I know her footage was from a crappy angle with no sound but if I was Keren I would be pretty pissed off. That is kind of like showing a video of you meeting someone's baby before they have had a chance to post the announcement the way they want to.

I dunno...how climactic is your “first kiss” as a married couple after “11 years” and 3 kids together? I think it’s a bit silly how much they are hyping everything up (but I guess that’s their “job” after all)

Thoughts?

This may sound dumb but do you think there is anyway they paid cash for the house when they bought it. There might not be a document number if they did. Why wouldn’t you put property taxes in escrow and with your mortgage if you had a loan.

If your credit is bad and you can't get FHA LOANS there are loans you can get that are separated into 2 mortgages. One will be a balloon interest and you will want to pay that off first and quickest. These other loans they won't let you roll your TAXES in and you have to pay them separately to the county. You just go in and pay them when they are due. They may have had a loan like that.

Last time I went on a trip alone with my husband of almost 12 years was never. Never without our kids have we been anywhere for vacation. She is so oblivious, some of us have no family that babysits or do we enjoy leaving our kids behind. I never would have when they were little but our youngest will be 10 in September and now I really wish we could get away on a little trip but we don't have anyone we could leave our kids with. She has no idea what other people go through. We haven't ever even had a babysitter for a night. Ugh I hate her (Why does it never let me include pics, it says not over 600 pixels high, wth, it drives me nuts)

Well i don’t think that’s how it is in Florida but regardless if the house is paid off like they claim they wouldn’t have a mortgage company so it doesn’t matter either way...the point I was trying to prove is they lied about their house being paid off and them not having monthly bills

I am not sure there was enough info to say if it is paid off or not. What was those two LLC that were listed. Is it possible they did a rent to own type of thing where there was no mortgage company. Then paid them off.

Her name wouldn’t have been on the deed until it was sold to her if she was doing rent to own and the deed date with her name is the same time they posted their video. I mean there are a thousand possibilities and you seem super invested in taking K&K side so believe what you want haha I’m sure we will never have the full answer but regardless they haven’t paid property taxes and are on a lavish vacation so they should probably focus on their priorities

That wouldn't be a rent to own. They would've had to do a owner financing on the home. Basically they would be buying the home but the owner finances instead of a bank or lender. Some owners do this if they are desperate to sell a property.
