Always cry at birth vlogs. Can’t help it. I think sometimes people forget how much has to go right for us to give birth to healthy children and I will never take it for granted. It’s an incredible moment.

Anyway... did her epidural not work or something? My husband walked by and goes wow she sounds like you did Pre epidural. (I sounded like a sheep too! Lol) She seems like she has a low tolerance for pain or something. I don’t remember have that many problems with the epidural hurting. It was uncomfortable when it was time to push but it felt more like a strong pressure than pain. I always felt I was a wuss with pain lol but damn she is either a huge baby or dramatic for attention.

Adding I’m not bragging or anything and I know everyone is different. Pre epidural I was a mess. And those of you who do it without a block , cheers to you. I’d probably pass out!

I dunno when I had my first I got my epidural at 4cm cuz I didn't want to feel anything. I was basically numb and could barely even feel pressure when I was pushing.

BUT yeah it seemed like her epidural wasn't working? Or she ran out of medicine too fast? Or maybe it took so long for her doctor to get there that the epidural was wearing off & it wasn't explained to us in the vlog. I dunno but I definitely was giggling a little haha

I agree. I think that she doesn’t have a high pain tolerance. The epidural relieves a lot of the pain and all you feel is pressure, but it seemed like that was painful for her. I also think that when you freak yourself out like that and keep saying ow while crying and freaking out, it makes it more painful because you’re focusing on the pain.
We all know Tara is a drama queen, so she might’ve just been that obnoxious for attention

Did she ever take a birthing class? Because that's absolutely true....it doesn't do anyone any good when you freak out during labor. They 100% teach you how to breathe, stay calm and relax throughout the whole process. Now, did I remember/do everything I learned? No. But it totally helps!

I can’t stand when Adam is in her videos. Obviously it would be weird if he wasn’t present during the birth vlog but having to see him so much and listen to his dumb comments and see his constantly smug and smirking face made me think about how much more he’s going to be in upcoming vlogs since he’s being a slug all summer and not working. I’ll honestly probably quit watching her.

She literally seemed like this was her first time giving birth. I can't tell if the dramatics were for the camera or if she really is that much of a drama queen?! Don't get me wrong, I was emotional giving birth too, but I didn't feel the need to wail and cry nonstop. My nurses talked to my husband and I and congratulated us. Her nurses were so over her.

Also, repeating over and over that "he's so cute"?! I guess that is what matters to TMan.

Regardless, I still teared up watching this and think he is a beautiful baby.

I feel like her reaction is an indication of how she's going to treat this little boy. You can tell he's already a favorite...how she was nonstop crying about how cute he is and how he is their "first born son". He's precious obviously, but the way they play favorites just isn't right.

My last baby came extremely quickly. Like my body pushed that baby out with minimal conscious effort on my part. Being told for almost an hour not to push seems like torture. I have a lot of sympathy for her there.

OT from the birth vlog but poor baby is being kept awake for longer periods during the day so he’ll sleep more at night. He’s 4 days old and adjusting to his WHOLE completely different world outside the womb. Let him sleep. He will adjust! He’s eating every 2-3 hours right now too so he will sleep when he needs it. Maybe after a few weeks you can try and adjust the schedule but for ffs. All they do those first 2 weeks is sleep.

My 2 epidurals were not painful. Hardly even uncomfortable. I felt a pinch with the numbing needle. You could tell the doctor was like um relax lady. Stop moving. I was SO still during mine. She kept raising her damn head and her back wasn’t arched.

I can't watch her birth vlog/don't want to give her a view. But I think given her last two birth stories maybe she was trying to make this one just as dramatic. Not saying she wanted something bad to happen but maybe wanted dramatic effect for the vlog (like how she was so sure he would be delivered on the side of the road).
