Maybe she's concerned about him. Sitting on the toilet too long can cause hemorrhoids or worsen hemorrhoids if you already have them.

She also had unassisted birth and no prenatal care... It's just plain irresponsible IMO. Having six kids, giving birth to the seventh and praying for the best outcome... Also not to be mean but all of her kids look anemic to me and her food 'haul' explains why. Granted she was saying she had venison in the freezer but... I don't buy she knows or cares that much about keeping herself or her kids healthyPina wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2019 8:14 amIf I was Ashleigh Id be petrified about Peter's health and the prospect of having to support all them children alone.itsme180 wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2019 7:13 am Well there you have it. The video explaining the adoption is out and she said they want to document the whole experience and share the process of adoption, however long that might take.
They did this for views. I'm sorry but I just don't think it's the most sensible idea, I feel sorry for the two older girls having to take care of their younger siblings.
Also I don't think it ends here, I really think they are going to keep having more kids until maybe Ashleigh stops having kids lol
Which I don't think will be anytime soon. Ash is probably going to have like 12 kids and Ange is going to try and keep up with her.
Some people are big and thats great if you have reasonable health. He just looks uncomfortably big and carries so much weight around his middle. Id be worried hes heading for a heart attack.
I dont mean to 'fat shame' him but surely this should be a concern if the plan on continuously expanding their family.

HAHA, you know who we’re talking about right? Angie doesn’t give a shit about CR’s well being. She’s just pissed that she has to care for the 7 kids alone for 15 mins while he enjoys some damn alone time.gibberish wrote:Maybe she's concerned about him. Joyful Chaos Mama,
I used to think she is really smart, nice lady but now I think that having kids is just the only thing that bring her joy in her life. Giving birth and infancy. After that she check out. I can’t stand the people who don’t provide education, proper nutrition for their kids. She calls whatever she’s doing ‘unschooling’ which I suspect means very little education. Kids get fed highly processed, unhealthy crap but hey they are not hungry. She doesn’t do housework and they live in their parents house so they pay very little rent but she goes on about saving and minimalistic lifestyle when in fact they are dirt cheap and lazy to change anything in any meaningful way like getting a better job or taking care of the kids they have instead of having more kids they cannot afford. She even said it once that because she doesn’t send her kids to public school she saves on the fees Wiat fees? School supplies, gas? The kids go aroun dressed in second hand while she is always unboxing some crap otr putting on top shelf makeup

I think some parents fail to realize that you're responsible for putting your child through school. A teenagers part time job alone won't cut it, scholarships arent always available for the middle class and you can only take out so many parent loans.
Idk... with that many children you can't possible invest in each childs future in a way that will be helpful

Why do you think parents are responsible for college? I paid for my own schooling...some with scholarship money and some with loans. At 26, I’ve paid mine off. I have friends and cousins who’s parents paid for all of their schooling. So I understand it’s an option, but not necessarily an obligation.

Parents are responsible here in the US. Part of the financial aid information gets based off of EFC (Estimated family contribution) and gets based off of their income. An 18 year old won't be able to pay for their tuition alone...Apm1993 wrote:maisiefrommaine wrote:I'm curious what they plan to do with college in the future. I don't think it's necessarily the parents responsibility to cover college expenses, especially when kids are going to school for absolutely useless vanity degrees.maisiefrommaine wrote:Parents are responsible here in the US. I don't know what kind of world you're living in, but if your parents helped pay for you college, I'm happy for you, but mine didn't either. Not a penny.maisiefrommaine wrote:Parents are responsible here in the US. I'm in Canada and osap takes into account how much money my family earns, which was a lot at the time, so I didn't get much funding despite them not helping me. I still figured it out and made it work and I'm sure Angela's kids will too.

Ooookay? I don’t think paying for something I wanted to do warrants any “venting.” I was just pointing out that it’s not necessarily a bad thing and it’s certainly not impossible for someone to pay their own tuition. Quite a few people do that actually....& I have a feeling Angela and C.R.’s children will be doing just that!

HA HA HA And what would a "vanity degree" be? Any degree that's not Business or STEM? Get out of here!spiralstatic wrote: ↑Sat Jun 29, 2019 8:35 amI don't think it's necessarily the parents responsibility to cover college expenses, especially when kids are going to school for absolutely useless vanity degrees.maisiefrommaine wrote:Parents are responsible here in the US. Usually foster/adopted kids get state funding for school. Idk if SC has it, probably. I bet she's counting on it.

Because a degree in gender studies is going to get you soooo far in life!? It's no secret that people are paying astronomical prices for degrees that will not lead to gainful employment. Which is why the Millenial generation is largely still living at home, drowning in debt for a degree that is utterly useless other than hanging on a wall collecting dust.ughpleasee wrote:HA HA HA And what would a "vanity degree" be? It's predicted that a huge amount of STEM jobs, anything to do with coding especially, are going to be made redundant in the next 20 years by AI so good luck with that. Creative and academic industries are for people with vision and intelligence so I get why you wouldn't be interested. Also, Millennials are living at home because baby boomers ran the country into the ground so I wouldn't take advice from that generation.spiralstatic wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2019 6:54 am Because a degree in gender studies is going to get you soooo far in life!? Actually... Employment is more innovative these days. People are realizing that there are critical issues that need to be solved and those so called "vanity degrees" will be the group of people most fit to solve those issues.spiralstatic wrote:Because a degree in gender studies is going to get you soooo far in life!? There are people that use these degrees to get into politics, writing, education...education administration...ect.
I wouldn't rule someone out because they don't have STEM degrees. I'm not sure where you're from but here in the US, we need people to learn things like that because it keeps us aligned with our constitution. Without having a new batch of problem solvers (english majors, writers, activists, studying womens studies, cultural studies, community studies...ect) this country would descend into absolute pandemonium.
It might not seem like a valuable degree to you but we NEED those degrees and we shouldn't discourage our youth from pursing them.

couldn't finish the last vlog; too much shouting and screaming everywhere...put down the camera and take care of the kids...thatwas not a good image of their family life for agencies...They seemed overwhelmed by 3 little girls. Also i hate how she reacts to Rosie's pictures of her everytime...it makes me sad, she must think it doesn't matter because she doesn't understand but the others might .
Re: ThisGatheredNest
LOL, it was very chaotic, but I almost feel it was intentional to show that she is very present in her kids day-to-day. I don’t know if she reads here but her videos for the last week coincidentally combat a lot of the minor complaints brought up here recently. But as you mentioned, the chaos isn’t the greatest look. I understand with so many kids it’s hard to schedule activities, but I wish the middle three kids had a day camp to go to, just to get out of the house and blow off some steam. I was glad to hear the older girls are both doing horseback riding, but Noah is eight, I think, definitely old enough to choose one activity.Frenchlurker wrote:couldn't finish the last vlog; too much shouting and screaming everywhere...put down the camera and take care of the kids...thatwas not a good image of their family life for agencies...They seemed overwhelmed by 3 little girls. She doesn’t seem excited to spend time with her kids lol. I unfollowed her on IG sometime ago, but she seemed more excited to go shop alone or go to Starbucks.
Why are they even adopting another child? She seems so bleh about it. I cringed at CR explaining that he would clean up the house while she planned yet another trip lol
