For real, ER visits are expensive as hell. Some hospitals have a sliding income scale, where they will base payments or give discounts to low income people. It wouldn’t suprise me if trashy and justina try to lie about their income to get a discount (fudge their bank accounts or earnings to show a lower amount). Or raise hell with patient relations claiming “medical malpractice”
