Have you seen the double stroller she uses sometimes? If you have, you've probably seen the dog sitting in it next to Vera. Yes, that's the stroller she uses when looking after the little boy.

I honestly don't believe it's hypertonia. That effects almost all the muscles. It's also called Floppy Baby Syndrome because babies don't have the tone to be able to lift their arms or heads.
That being said, I know everything effects people differently.
But I truly think this is 100% John and Joan's fault for not letting her grow up and them always having to hold her.

*Her feet shouldn't turn out like they do in the one picture posted. But I think that's not relevant at all to the no crawling or walking.

It would be hypotonia, not hypertonia if it's floppy baby syndrome.
Also agree that of they had let her have tummy time and be on the floor exploring, it wouldn't be anywhere near as bad...

She’s pushing her mustard seed jewelry hard. Saying if she sells all of them she’ll have all the money needed for treatment. I’m a little confused... didn’t she get all the money she needed from the first batch? The second was supposed to be because of “high demand”.
