Did anyone see Krystal wearing a bikini at the beach? She looks amazing for 2 weeks PP but at 2 weeks PP I was still wearing pads (normal not that big thick ones) because I was still bleeding! I couldn’t imagine sticking a tampon up there

Maybe she’s just lucky and looks great and is not bleeding anymore!

Ok wow and she’s a little “older” too. Good for her! However, I do hope people now realize genetics play huge role in their post partum bodies and Tiffs just leading people on with her stolen healthy recipes and fitness routines.

This!! It drives me nuts she is promoting this “postpartum diet/workout”. Yes ok you may have gained weight but it is very clear you can eat pasta and bread and lose all the weight. I don’t know why people can’t just admit to this. It’s fine to workout and want to be stronger. Don’t act like you’re this huge inspiration to people when it takes you no effort to get back to your normal self. It’s just like her acting like she was on some trying to conceive journey when it took a snap of her fingers to get pregnant.

The sister is a hardcore gym junkie. If you look on her Insta there are pics of her working out right up until 36 weeks. I agree agree genetics are a factor but Crystal works had at it too.

So, this is the first time I ever looked at his IG. Almost every comment/ reply is a compliment to his Grumpy Cat wife even if the person he is replying to said nothing about her. Either she is writing those compliments to herself or he is legit a creepy weirdo. I'm gonna go with both!

She doesn’t want to help people I’ve messaged her multiple times asking her to talk about hotchimotos and how she stays so thin with a thyroid condition, just anything thyroid related. Also I asked her from a nurses standpoint tips for first time moms going through labor, breastfeeding etc. thinking it would be helpful especially coming from a nurse but nope. She has so much potential! Teach your followers how to deal with a choking baby, rashes, etc. just anything! I know she’s not a doctor but so what she can give some advice

Oh girl I couldn’t imagine her giving medical advice... that sounds terrifying. She’s prob the kind of nurse who would hurt a patient if they annoyed her or I can already picture her rolling her eyes at requests.

Patient - “ms. I’m in pain”
Tiff- scoffs and rolls eyes “yeah, well I had 3 kids and breastfed them am all”
