I don't know what Landon and Julie are thinking. When your child falls off the roof or this plank, how do you explain this to emergency room doctors and nurses.
That was stupid!!! They also had Lucy climbing the ladder! I almost pushed the report button!

How do you “babysit” your own children? That was weird. The plank thing was stupid! They are going to fall and break their necks! When I was a kid our tree fort had sides...so we didn’t fall out. Just sayin..... :?

Remember when we all thought Julie and Landon were so much better than the rest of the Griffiths and in laws? It’s like being back in Utah and around their family is degrading their brains. Or just like Bonnie, once you get used to YouTube, you stop being on your best behavior and your true self starts to show.

Watching “Shopping with 4 Kids” could she not film Porter crawling on the floor at Walmart and just discipline him. I had 4 kids in 6 years and took them all shopping on a regular basis. It’s not hard if you are consistent. My kids were no angels either, but they knew when I said knock it off I meant knock it off.

I know shopping with my one child is tough sometimes, but really how does she normally do it? Go when they older ones are in school? I feel like this should all be taken into consideration when growing your family. That part with Porter was she trying to be less aggressive because she was filming or is that how she always is? And why can't Emma have a nightgown with a unicorn dog on it? Would be more economical than Disney pj's from the Disney store.

Also, she really didn't seem to be shopping for anything urgent and and mostly stuff for herself. Maybe Landon could have actually watched them while she went out and ran some errands for herself? What's he doing, hanging around the University being annoying? Watching that "extra" credit video only proves that he will never be accepted to become a professor. I can't get over what loser he is.

Julie's bike is a really nice gift. Do you think Landon donated plasma like he did at Christmas in order to purchase this gift? :?

I agree with you 100%. No university will hire him if that how we talks during interviews. He didn’t even bother to “proof watch” and edit his video. There were so many words used incorrectly.

"My parents always took us to these old places where America was founded". That was enough for me.

Edit: Shit. I kept watching. His 'analysis' of slavery is INFURIATING. I hope he failed that class.

I heard Julie say in one of this week vlog Landon was studying...for what? Also, Exhausted Mom vlog said to me Julie isn't going back to work anytime soon. Does Landon have a job lined up in the fall and what is the reason he couldn't find a quick job unrelated to his degree during the summer. Also, why are they delayed by over a week with their vlogs with only a three day a week schedule. Could this all add up to parents who lack any sense of financial responsibility with not really working a steady job with meaningful income job and benefits? How do they pay medical bills without employee based health insurance? And how do you plan to buy a house when you need to save for a down payment and your work history is spotty?

I haven't watched them for a long while while but I saw the presentation video and I've been reading about them here and some fronts wrote that he was changing from his current to become a vet but I didn't understand why or the reasons. His presentation video did clear things about him and why they're stuck. He is full of him self and very delusional and she's an enabler.

Becoming a vet, I don't believe he is looking seriously at this for his career, but a suggestion from Ellie at a lunch. I also see them both as being stuck and there doesn't seem to be someone in their lives advising them about their careers, long term financial health that may include student loan debt and the cost of raising four children who are expensive to raise especially as they grow older. Julie's father-in-law congratulated them when they hit two hundred subscribers and I don't think as a parent of an adult child, I would be encouraging YT as a career. If they were being practical, Julie should return to college for her BSN since I'm pretty sure she presently has an associate degree and many jobs are now requiring a four-year degree. But what am I thinking, she doesn't seem to want to work outside the home. I'm not an enabler and as a parent of this age group, I would be seriously concerned with the series of choices shown on their channel.
I'm also a bit surprised they are allowed to have chickens in the backyard in an urban area and what are they going to do with the chickens? Are they planning on butchering them in the backyard? That's should be a good video. ;)

I do think that people have tried to help them out but the real work must come from Landon and Julie. Her sister introduced her channel to their audience and did promote her but they don't even bother vlogging regularly. Imagine where they would be if they put in the same work as Ruby. I'm sure Kevin did what he could to introduce Landon to the university and is probably the reason he got an interview there. Landon even had some church project going on, don't know what happened to that.
Regardless of education sometimes you have to start somewhere to get anywhere.

I was thinking differently on the advice vs. helping them with YouTube or getting into a PhD program. Advice = get a steady job. The boat has sailed with an educational track (PhD) filled with uncertainty. I would be curious to know if Landon's or Julie's parents have any concerns with them being stuck.

I don’t really follow Julie but I happened to see a Snapchat of hers about Emma and this obsession about being a dog. I think Bonnie had bought a dog bowl and collar for her? I never really thought much of it when I first saw her behaving that way. Kids can have really good imaginations but this has been going on for 3 years now... How old is Emma? At what point do you start worrying? My friend’s 7 year old son pretends he is Peter Parker and wears a Spiderman costume under his school uniform. The school recommended he see a psychologist because he only answers to the name Peter and he actually believes he is a super hero.

Julie is only encouraging this behaviour, she just thinks she’ll grow out of it but it’s been 3 years...

Bonnie's vlog with Emma was stupid! Going in the store to get the stuff. Bonnie putting a collar and leash on Emma, Emma eating out of her dog bowl, Emma licking Lincoln's knee after he is sitting on the same knees, etc. :-o This family is goofy group!!!

Putting a collar around her neck and then attaching a leash to it has got to be one of the most idiotic things I have ever seen. But then I use a front clip harness to walk my dog so I do not constrict their airways or damage their necks in anyway.
I feel she should not be posting her dog behavior imaginative or not. It will be embarrassing in her teen years.

I've never been a fan of Landon. There just seems to be something a little bit off about him. I suspect he is extremely controlling and has a pretty bad temper. I'm not saying he is abusive or anything, but there's just something about him that pings my asshole radar.
