I wouldn’t use that as a judgment on the child’s size. These idiots can’t get car seats correct. The other little’s car seat (the higher one on the left) is likely higher than it should be. You can see the straps are a bit high so it should be lowered. But the little who’s car seat looks super low probably needs to have hers raised a bit because her straps likely sit way below her shoulders.

It’s appears it’s one of the pasties and we know one is substantially smaller than all the others. I know they are complete idiots when it comes to car seats (letting them buckle each other in ) but that, to me, looks close to the right height for this one. I do agree the one to the left appears to high but it’s hard to tell exactly. But even if those are too high, this one up front stands out as smaller, even if yes, those straps are too far down. This would support some of the opinions of some ‘haters’ on here that feel the smallest pasty might have some kind of bone or muscular disorder/problem.
