So they are wanting to rent that place out....for people on vacation? .....where? What destination is near that place? How is this going to be profitable in any way. So dumb
It will probably take years if ever before they even get back what they have put into it. I swear they aren't right.

I have thought this from the start, the only thing around is the other house (which is kinda a mess) off a pitted/potholed road, yes, I really don't see the appeal of this cabin at all for vacationers.

I think Sam has really lost interest in the cabin, since people have been telling him how much is left to do, hence why he has hired people to do the rest of the construction. All Sam wants to do are the extra elements, like building huge decks, and putting up expensive lights, and slides, he likes the easy things.

So do I think the cabin is sound, OH HELL NO, it baffles the mind, that no permits were taken out, and that Sam did the plumbing and electrical himself, and not believing what the plumber said about the tub, Sam is always right. I would not be surprised it the cabin was standing in 5 years, what with the foundation on cinder blocks and probably untreated wood.

I think at this point they will end up trying to sell the cabin, once they realize that their Fanbasics are not going to be renting it, the failed vow renewal party,( that no one was going to go to) should give them the hint that nobody is going to be renting it off their YouTube vlogs. But then again, these two are like 12 year olds themselves, always going from one thing to another, never quite finishing anything.

Nia is just trying anything she sees on the internet, to try to claim something for herself, I mean her Esty shop is called "Made by Sam and Nia" it is like she is not allowed to do it on her own, but all the products are hers, including her loser "preset" crap she is pushing at all opportunity.

I wish someone in that area would contact the building inspectors and have them come out to see what is being built before someone is seriously hurt or killed.
The house is a death trap. There is a reason why people go to school to learn how to plumb and put in electricity. From the weak foundation to the shady electrical work, it's just a matter of time.
I don't live in this area, and have no idea who to contact, or I would.

Sometimes you just have to laugh, at someones stupidity...... So todays vlog, starts in the car, with Nia telling how all their new bikes (not sure if that includes the one Nia got for herself, the other day or not) were stolen from their yard, you know the yard, the one that looks like a pigsty all the time, with all the toys and everything all over the place. I mean really funny, that they expect to leave all their stuff just laying around and it not get taken, I remember when Sam built that little shed next to the house for bikes, you know nobody uses it, remember Sam getting his tools stolen from the back of his truck, I mean have these people never heard of locking things up. Then they show going to a pawn shop/consignment shop, to see if their bikes were there, but no worries, they will be buying everyone new bikes in 5 days, which I am sure no one will lock up and they will be all over the yard and Nia will run over them, which she tends to do. I made a comment on the FB page, that maybe someone was just cleaning up the yard for them.............snarky yes, but since I am blocked on YT, my only choice,

Oh, and the vlog was titled................."finally found our new home"........ AGAIN.....but Nia was a squealing all over the house, out in the county, so you can imagine what the yard will look like, on 4 acres..............so Sam can keep buying more and more pools. Funny thing is the house they like the girls would have to share a bedroom, why buy a house like that? Of course they want the Fanbasic to vote on which one to get............ It does not look like they would have any neighbors for the kids to place with, kinda sad.

They are still really rude, while touring the houses, kids running wild all over everything, Sam making rude remarks about the houses, not to mention Juliet stealing an apple from the kitchen of a house, no discipline at all.

Omg hahaha! That is amazing. These idiots have had bikes stolen 3 times now and they still don't know to lock them up?! I mean after a while you're kind of rooting for the thief in this situation.

The house they love completely puzzles me. It has fewer bedrooms, plus a random upstairs playroom. Can you imagine how often they are going to have accidents on the stairs with the lack of supervision? They want MORE land for some reason when they can't even care for a backyard as it is. I think the only upside is a bigger "work space" aka escape from the family room for Sam. Did they not just build a cabin to have a getaway? Why are you going to go to a shack in the middle of nowhere when you already have a house in the middle of nowhere?

This family is going to get themselves into a financial nightmare as well the headache of looking after 3 properties. They are going to have the cabin hemorrhaging money, a house rented out that they are going to have to maintain and worry about tenants, and a new house. I don't know how they feel comfortable getting into such a situation when their channel has been on such a huge down slide and they barely are able to look after their kids nevermind the same amount of homes.

Can these idiots not just…put their kids’ bikes in the backyard when they’re not in use…? Yes, it sucks that people steal stuff, but that’s just the world we live in. If you don’t want to be replacing this stuff every month, take precautions.

This family does not need four acres. They’re not going to farm it. They’re not going to keep animals. It’s going to become a junkyard for dirty pools, half-finished projects, and all the things Sam decides to drag home. Honestly, I still think it’s all for show and they’re not going to move at all. If they were, they’d be preparing to put their own house up on the market. They wouldn’t be putting up five pools in the backyard. They wouldn’t be asking their fans to fund their anniversary party.

I found the home they like most on Zillow. Obviously not going to post the address for the privacy of the owners, but the asking price is 350k. Look at their views; they can buy all the subs they want, but their channel isn't bringing in much money if no one's watching. And if Nia's started up her Etsy shop again to bring in extra funds, they're probably struggling. They're burning money on the shack, burning money on their water bill, etc.

Regarding the bike theft...everyone on their street, in their town, know they are youtubers. They can see on video everyday all the bikes, scooters, whatever, lying around in their front yard right next to the road. Of course they are getting taken. Ridiculous.

All I can think about is how trashed this place will be in about 6 months. It will look just like their old place, but just bigger with my junk.

OMG! Well, I'd say there's a fair chance that the owners have looked at S&N's channel and seen their house and property and all their belongings broadcast to (supposedly) 2 million people. They darn well might have crossed them off the potential buyer list by now. I would! I'd also be having a word with the real estate broker.

OMG! Well, I'd say there's a fair chance that the owners have looked at S&N's channel and seen their house and property and all their belongings broadcast to (supposedly) 2 million people. They darn well might have crossed them off the potential buyer list by now. I would! I'd also be having a word with the real estate broker.

She told them they could keep up with their house that way so she's trying to get them to accept their offer and get a new viewer at the same time. I guarantee the owner wouldn't want to see the ways they'd destroy the house.

No green house for the raders, the seller read their YouTuber pitch and said no way and chose another buyer who also wrote a letter! It will be interesting to see if the listing changes and if the sellers really did take another offer and what they accepted, I wouldn’t put it past s&n to be lying somehow about this.

Sam is such a douche bag....rolling his eyes and blaming Nia for writing the letter. Um.....could it be that they let their kids run all over the house, they video taped their house and posted it on the internet WITHOUT permission?? I think the sellers dodged a bullet.

How stupid can he be...forgets his wallet and then his shoes....either he's really stupid, or he's doing for vlog footage.

Maybe the reason why people don't put concrete under their tubs is that it's going to be impossible to move it/repair/replace without tearing up the floor and ceiling below??

If I were Nia’s friend I’d sit her down and tell her that she cannot let Sam take the children alone. Kids get into trouble in the water in an INSTANT. Sam gets off on his kids doing dangerous things, but looking after your kids in a lake isn’t some overprotective helicopter parent move. It’s basic and necessary. Non-negotiable. Juliet and abram are so little, it makes me so anxious to see Sam be such a sneering asshole and deciding to keep jumping off that bridge filming himself rather than watching his damn kids. God apparently talks to them about how to YouTube and which house they can get. Maybe she should ask God for clear eyes and a backbone to stand up to her husband before one of those babies drowns?

There is so much danger out at the Broken Bow place that a 3 & 5 yr old could get into. Juliet, at barely 3 yrs old shouldn't be trusted not to wander off and Abram at 5 can't be trusted to watch after Juliet. Sam is busy effing around in the cabin and filming himself. Sam not watching them in the lake is criminal. Neither one can swim. Nia, what on earth are you even thinking? Distracted Sam can't even remember his wallet or shoes? And you trust him to keep your little ones safe??

I am sorry, but Nia is an idiot, letting the kids go with Sam overnight, anywhere. Like others have said, Sam can't remember his wallet, or even his shoes............seriously who forgets their shoes!

It always makes me laugh when their Fanbasics are always going on about them having another kid.......are you f ing kidding, me, they can't keep the ones they have safe, no helmets, not in the correct child seats half the time. you know all the ones writing in are not parents, who should know better. I really think they are just too immature to have kids, and it might be the way they were raised too, but at a certain age, you gotta learn on your own. According to her Insta, Nia favorite thing is sleeping in, they seem to do this all the time.

Why is Sam in OK, he doesn't seem to want to do anything in/around the cabin, really just wants to go swimming, and leave the two littlest kids to swim by themselves, as a nurse you would think, that he would know that kids can drown in an inch of water, kinds shows what kind of nurse he was. I hope it doesn't take something really bed happening to the kids for them to open their eyes.........and not say it was Gods will.

Things in my life that I have NEVER lost, glasses (been wearing them for 30 years), wallet (be using on for 40 years, house/car keys, etc. These two are so irresponsible it isn't even funny anymore.

And lastly, TAKE THE *&%#())& PACIFIER OUT OF JULIETS MOUTH, ALREADY. the girl is 3 years old.

I still kind of have to wonder if Sam got fired from his nursing job rather than quitting. As we mention here all the time, he's just not a careful or caring person. But I've noticed he just seems sort of bitter about the medical system in general. He hates taking his kids to doctors to the point that he refuses to do it until things get really bad, he always thinks he can do better, he critiques the work medical professionals do when he does have to go see them. Kind of makes you wonder.

Sam says Oreo loooved Broken Bow last time. Was that when you lost her for days and she came home dehydrated, starving and covered in ticks? What dog wouldn't love that .

I am so happy that that offer got rejected. Most people get very emotionally attached to their home and I am glad the homeowners will not have to witness their home being destroyed for views.

I did watch a house hunting show a while ago where the buyers wrote a letter talking about how in love with the house they were and it was going to be their first ever house and they wanted to make it a home with their kids. How did the Raders think we are "famous" Youtubers was a good pitch? I think the most devastated one in this situation is the realtor who now has to spend even more time with Sam, Nia and their pack of wild children looking for new homes.

Nia gave Juliet a talk about staying with Abram and dad but needed to give Sam the talk about staying with his kids. "I'm going to take these kids home and give them a pizza lunachble for dinner." That's the Rader way!

Juliet is 3 now I think it’s time to lose the pacifier and GET HER OUT OF THAT CRIB. I don’t understand these people hindering their children’s growth by trying to keep them acting younger than other kids their age. I smell another baby for views coming.
