This time she did stop exercising immediately and she's obviously gained A LOT more weight. She was still running (or at least out and walking) while pregnant with June up until her due date—they didn't even have a car back then.
Also, they moved out of the van around 21 weeks with June, so she really can't say it was van life that made her pregnancy terrible.
Personally, I think it's her weight gain that's making her uncomfortable. She looks about the same as 8 months preggo with June, but she's only 6-ish.
i think mentally she may be in a worse place too. at least the van trip was exciting, they were starting their new lives in portland etc. but now she's stuck in idaho, broke in a tiny house about to have a second kid with a dude who is as much of a controlling asshole about parenting as everything else.
I found the video where she talks about her 50 lb weight gain and how this pregnancy will be different- it's on their main channel and it's called "How I'm Feeling with My Pregnancy" if anyone is interested. She claims that it was easy to make excuses not to exercise and to eat poorly when they were on the road because she didn't know where to find running trails and basically that she was occupied with traveling, i.e. finding Walmart parking lots to camp out in. This video was posted in March, and she claimed that she would be much better about an exercise routine this time around and they had access to Trader Joe's and other grocery stores and therefore she could eat better. Her reasoning is...interesting. Obviously none of that came to fruition.

But they moved out of the van when she was about 21 weeks preggo with June. She was running at the beach. She was walking in Portland because they didn't have a car. I totally do think they eat garbage and lie about eating healthy. I think fast food is their regular diet.

She really has a bad memory for someone who documents her daily life.

Other people have said this as well, but I'm really thinking her "due date" is off by about a month. I won't be shocked if Tabor arrives early October and not around Halloween. She was showing quite a bit even before they announced she was pregnant.

Yeah, it felt like she was sort of taking responsibility, but mostly making excuses and trying to revise history. It definitely didn't explain why the poor habits continued past the half-way point once they were "settled" in Portland. And clearly those excuses can't explain why she experiened the exact same excessive weight gain with the second pregnancy.

I wonder if she is depressed or just generally an unhappy person and pregnancy magnifies that. She has these ideas about the kind of person she wants to be (business owner, yogi, runner, farmer, traveler, etc.) but can never actually stick to anything and do it well. Everything is half-assed and seemingly just for show. Being in an unhappy marriage with a jerk, having no career prospects, no friends, and financial instability certainly doesn't help matters, but those circumstances are all a product of her own decisions. She chose Corbin, she wanted a second child asap, she pushed for the money pit of a house. I'm willing to bet she also made it clear that she would never work for a living and expected to be a homemaker her entire life. I don't think she likes doing YouTube, but she liked the easy money back when they were riding the Daily Bumps coattails and it was probably the only way Corbin could provide the stay-at-home lifestyle that she expected.

The only reason I don't think they're lying about when they concieved is because I don't think they're clever/smart enough to pull off a stunt like that. They closed on the house February 1st and based on her Oct. 31 due date they concieved shortly after that. All of the very early footage (when there wasn't even a heartbeat yet) was filmed in that house. They could have reenacted everything (and they probably occasionally do) but I don't think they're that dedicated. They're pretty lazy. Dating a pregnancy that early on is relatively easy, her midwife just didn't understand Kelsey's long cycles and couldn't wrap her head around the fact that Kelsey hadn't ovulated yet when she took that progesterone test at the end of January.

I wonder if Fred Meyer sent them a gift card/PR package in exchange for mentioning they shopped there. It seems weird that's where they'd shop for school clothes. It's sort of low-quality like a Walmart.

Also, why are so many parents doing back-to-school videos this early? I know it's the second highest-paid time for brand deals (after Christmas), but school in a lot of places doesn't even start until September.

Also, LOL, they bought a house with lots of plants and gardening potential, but now Kelsey says THEY DON'T HAVE TIME for it? They are such idiots. It's called pruning and watering and it's NOT that hard. I'm guessing Corbin's mom did all the work.

Ha! He's been doing CrossFit five days a week for 4-5 months? Hmmmmm, he should get his money back because he looks no different at all. Although if that was a typical workout, that's nothing!

In some parts of the country (like where I live) school starts the first full week of August, so next Monday. Some districts even start in late July. So this makes sense to me. It seems way too early to start back but many schools start the year earlier and earlier.

I guess that's why the companies start the "ads" with family vloggers so early. School doesn't start here until after Labor Day in September.

Yes, some schools here are starting their third week.

My kids don't go back to school until September 5th. My oldest will be in 8th grade. I'm NOT ready to have a child entering high school next year. It seems like it was just yesterday he was born.

Why would a sponsor choose them for back to school. She needs nothing. Just play clothes that you don care if they get dirty.

Back to school shopping is a bit heavy handed when she’s only going to preschool for one day a week in September. Clearly this was all about what’s trending on YouTube and trying to get more views.

Of course Corbin needs to address his workout routine and try to convince everyone that he actually belongs to a CrossFit gym. How convenient that he chose to include this in the vlog on the one day he didn’t go to class, but did a home workout instead. And why can he only workout while June is asleep when they have two parents staying at home? His explanation didn’t make any sense. Can Kelsey not be left alone while her child is awake?

Good grief, Corbin made such a big deal about repeating that he wanted June to grab the first egg and made it a point to tell his young niece this. He even reached in and pulled the egg forward so that he could get the footage of June grabbing the egg. June is too young and touched the egg for a second before dropping it roughly. Why not let the niece get it if she’s excited about it and old enough to handle an egg? Corbin is that guy who is a jerk to everyone else’s kids. I bet he was that way around Finn and Oliver too.

He was jerky to Ollie, but because Ollie’s general behavior was questionable we all turned a blind eye to Corbin. Ollie has matured a bit and Corbin has regressed.

I am surprised all the time that HUGE companies work with "small" channels. I watch Living Rosa and they were flown out to work with Walmart recently and they get invited to almost all the big YT kid events. They only have about 100K subs. Granted, the Rosas are more of a niche family channel. Samika and Britt Null also seem to get really big brand deals even with smaller channels.

Corbin and Kelsey were (are?) clients of Trending Family JUST to get big brand deals. Not sure if they still work with that weird guy, but they were definitely getting some big deals around the time June was born. They recently did that hotel brand deal and now I've seen at least three other YTers do the same deal.

They probably make more $$$ from the random brand deals and product placement than from actual YT revenue.

That's so WEIRD to me. We have summer camps that go until the end of August in Washington State. My nephew leaves for three weeks at summer camp next week. I really wonder why some places start so early!??!

Ohio here. A lot of it revolves around state testing. That happens in April usually - so schools wants all of that material covered prior to then. School is usually over by Memorial Day.

I’m in the Midwest and schools started up last week or this week. Most of the schools around me have moved to a “balanced calendar”, which means a shortened summer and extra long fall winter and spring breaks. It’s supposed to promote learning with less time lost over the long summer period. I’m sure there’s a whole slew of other motivations behind it. Some people love it and others hate it.

June was so loud today. Oh my god. I work at a daycare with 16 children in one group (0-2 years old) and they’re not even this loud. The screaming definitely is gonna bother Kelsey when she has a newborn.
