You could accuse the plastic surgeon of incompetence for shaping her lower body that way but I guarantee he had stipulations for her to follow a specific diet and to exercise and strength train to tone up the butt and upper legs so that she wouldn’t look so warped.

If this were the case and she didn’t follow direction, then he is incompetent for going ahead with the second surgery knowing she isn’t willing to follow directions. The surgeons I work with have zero guilt about cancelling a surgery where the patient is unwilling to follow proper pre or post surgery care.

That is so true. He knows she doesn't listen to him, and he's willing to do her second surgery and take her money. And refill her prescriptions of course.

I wonder if Bonnie has learnt anything from her last recovery, or will she make same mistakes again. How much of the recovery are they going to show and are they going to be honest about the situation? Any bets?

Now they do not have comment section anymore, so at least the feedback is not as direct as it used to be.

They'll be watching their views and sub numbers. It will be interesting to see what they upload after Bonnie's surgery since I don't know how they'll film it or if they'll film much at all.
I still like Bonnie's vlog when she had her tonsil surgery at their local hospital. In those days, Joel took off work and they managed with the kids at home during her recovery.

Maybe the plastic surgeon recommended she get lipo on her rear but she wanted that Kardashian look? All a doctor can do is give his expert advice but if the patient doesn't want it, what can he do? Hopefully for the kids' sake, she only got the tummy tuck and not extra lipo. I wonder if tomorrow's vlog will show us. All I know is I can't wait for the fireworks!

Most doctors take their craft seriously and don’t want results that will make them look bad. What can they do? They can refuse to operate. I see this all the time.

Many, many surgeons do work that I would consider makes them look bad...as long as people are continuing to pay then they don't care. Especially surgeons that work on higher profile clients. Bonnie is paying a premium for this doctor. He knew she wasn't following recovery protocols, yet he continued to prescribe opiates and now agreed to a second operation.
For all we know Bonnie did seek out plastic surgeons closer to home and they denied her based on her expectations and their desire to maintain results that make them look good.

Do you really think so? I think Bonnie is incapable of admitting anything that goes "wrong" is her fault, even to herself. I don't think she has a problem with how recovery went, except for all the "haters" calling her out.

I agree she will never admit that she caused any of her recovery issues, but I really don’t think she wants to go through it again and knows the consequences.

Do you think this is a Canadian vs American difference? Canadian doctors are getting paid by government essentially while American docs are being paid by wealthy patients and/or their insurance companies... I don't know the answer to this, just speculating...

No, we have some good doctors who care a lot, and others who I would NEVER send my family to. I just think Bonnie found one that was willing to do whatever she wanted as long as she paid the price. This doesn’t make them a good doctor though.

Some care about the patients, some care more about the money, and some care about both fairly equally. Canadian healthcare is funded by the government, but docs are still paid on a case by case basis. Longer surgeries/more patients = more money.

Also elective surgery is not covered by the government. Plastic Surgeons will have government funded surgeries like what insurance may cover but they still need to market themselves for the elective procedures that they are more known for.

That's what I was wondering. She and Joel take off for WEEKS to get plastic surgery and hair treatments and just dump their kids. My own parents took biz trips, but these trips are just for their looks.

I know Bonnie has said she has to look good for her job...but SERIOUSLY? They're vain AF and selfish and BAD parents.
