She did a couple of times. She may have said slug but I think she meant to say 'Load'. If anyone needs a good laugh go and watch Bison at 2 minutes in, it's hysterical. He is such a buffoon.

Melatonin is not marketed here as a vitamin, but as a supplement (though both go hand in hand in the health world). As my name suggests (with a misspelling), I have narcolepsy, and have struggled with sleep issues my entire adult life (it onset during my son’s pregnancy at age 20, and he’s almost 21 now). I wound up at a sleep clinic FINALLY to get a diagnosis about 4-5 years ago, and prior to the sleep study being done, the doctor I saw said “Try melatonin- get the 10mg dose, and start with 3 pills about 2 hours before bed. If that doesn’t work, gradually increase, you can take up to 60mg’s a night.”

Flash forward after the sleep study and the doctor who delivered the results was someone different. He asked what I had tried, or had been using, and I told him the dose. He was horrified, and said no way anyone should exceed 5-10mg’s a night. And these are doctors who share a practice.

I know a lot of autism parents use it, and don’t understand how it works (it isn’t a sleep med- it’s a med that increases your level of natural melatonin, and your body naturally recognizes the need for sleep as those levels drop, so what melatonin does is spike your levels to promote a rapid drop, prompting your body to think it’s time to sleep, and flood your system with other natural chemicals that cause you to fall asleep). Most of these moms give their kids 20-30mg’s 20 minutes before bed, then praise it like it’s working when the kid naturally falls asleep. Then, they give a second dose when the kid wakes up a few hours later, because their melatonin spikes, signaling their body that it’s time to wake up.

Frankly, it’s a crap supplement to use on a regular basis. One of the other issues is that if your body is being flooded with melatonin, your own melatonin production goes down, making it a vicious cycle.

I’m surprised that rope didn’t break with that huge useless load hanging on it. Why oh why doesn’t he wear a shirt when swimming? Nobody, and I mean nobody, needs to or wants to see that. I’m going to hurl. I will say to all those little girls who think that Fatcrack is something else, please for the Love of Hod, aim higher. Trust me when I say not all men look like this, thankfully. He is an unemployed, fat, perverted supposed man who cruises IG looking at provocative pictures of young girls and women who has his children support him because he’s a lazy slob who doesn’t want to work a “rill” job.

I myself use to be a fan or Kad (sorry not sure what that is) but I lost interest a long time ago and I can’t remember how but I found this site about a month ago and all I can say is I totally agree with everything. Maybe this site will Also change some other people’s mind. I mean they always say it’s about the “fans” but they rarely interact with them. They don’t open fan mail if they get any nor do they thank people. A few years back I sent the girls some shirts all the way from the uk and I never seen the girls in them. Not that I was too bothered but I messaged Ashley and Tyson multiple times asking did they receive them ok and all I got was saying they will have to check the wardrobe and see but never nothing. Not even a thank you. They only seem to do a lies feed when they want to promote stuff. Ashley always said that she only promotes stuff that her family use and that she believes in yet they seem to be promoting loads of random things these days yet we don’t see them after the promotions. I remember when the girls were babies and they used moan when they only had 2 high chairs until someone sent them more. Even then she didn’t thank them. The girls are totally spoilt and get what ever they want and they has to be four of everything. Can’t they learn to share. I also find it ridiculous how they kept them in the cribs for so long and then the next minute they are in these massive beds they don’t need. They went from nursery to a room that is way too grown up for them. Sorry if this is all a bit random I am new here I don’t normally post but I felt like I needed to get this off my chest

Why don't the Freeloaders go to a public pool? I know, a silly question. They have no shame traipsing around using pools even when the owners aren't home. I'm embarrassed for them, even though they are too dense to feel it themselves. What cows.

So wait-- he doesn't want a pool because "everyone would be coming over to use it", but he's ok with freeloading off someone else when they aren't even home?
And if something happens, is their insurance going to take the hit because some jerk was using their pool when they weren't home?

It's been a few hours since my last post about Bison using that rope at the pool and I am still laughing about it.
His referring to himself in the past as always being active/ outdoors as a boy and then an athlete in high school, always made me laugh to begin with. He does not have any fluid motions in his walk at all, his arms/ legs or even with his big old neck supporting that buffalo head of his. His few attempts at 'running' is the same. I have seen over weight people who were active in sports when they were younger and to see them now become active, you can tell that they had that fluid motion at one time. Coordination learned from doing. Not showing in Bison's movements at all. Therefore, he has always been a slug.

We all see how uncoordinated Trash is, so guessing she didn't do any activites/ sports either. The ferals are doomed as far as body coordination is concerned. They do not even know to run properly. Not just because of the sandals, which sucks, talking about when they run bare foot. Listen up, Greeds.

When Bison grabbed the rope so far down and his 'motion' when hitting the water so much sooner than he had to or he expected to, had me/has me laughing still. I hope someone else goes and watches, I think 'paying for a view' is well worth it. It's only 2 minutes in.

It really does. It looks like his swim trunks have fallen down and his whole fat ass is showing. Good Hod, Asswipe has to fuck that???? I can’t imagine having to crawl into bed every night and have that waiting for me and him wanting to climb on top of me. No wonder she diagnosed herself with endometriosis. Their lack of manners really bother me, especially never thanking people who took their time and money to send them gifts. It was almost a bother to them to have to open them up and then decide if they want to keep it or throw it away.

I’m sorry they were so rude to you. Sadly I’ve seen so many people in the same position as you asking multiple times if they received their gift. I could never understand why people would send them stuff after seeing how poorly they treated those that did. This family has so much as it is, why send them more. I know your heart was in the right place. Please don’t think I’m bashing you, I promise I’m not.

Do you guys remember when they used to lie and say the thank you card got lost in the mail? I thought that was so dumb and only showed how lazy and ungrateful they are. They are just not good people. They don’t have good morals like they think they do.

He is in his own fantasy world with the I used to be active BS. Looking back at old pics of him when he was dating Cashley he was a big guy. He has no muscle tone anywhere on his body. He’s all fat.

He’s also delusional when it comes to his weight loss. He claims he only wants to lose 50 pounds. I’m sure those butts on his back are a good 25 pounds each. His stomach is huge, that’s got to be 100 pounds of fat if not more. So why does he only want to lose 50? When he started keto he said the same thing. If his goal is to get healthy having that extra weight on him is not healthy. Even if he could lose 50 pounds he’d still be considered obese.
