im also one of the few that follows her. she's a real girl (theres videos of her talking, photos with friends, she posts pics of her food and animals and stuff) but that account harassing her could be anyone. i dont see any sign proving it was Justin.

also the girl is married and pregnant. she doesn't mention him at all and i dont see any prove that she knows these people exist. her followers seem like real people as well and she's interacted with them.

we should be careful about what we "assume" because this platform has a lot of people reading. you guys could be sending people to a girl that isnt tied to rach and justin. if it is true i dont think she'd tell us or make it easy for us to prove this for obvious reasons.

Very true. She’s moved on with her life and is very kind and seems like a good person who got caught up with the wrong person.

My youngest grandson just turned a year old and he didn't have one drop of sugar until he got his smash cake. Also, I'm probably older than most of you and when my children were small, I never gave them anything on a stick. Way too easy to cause choking.

My daughter just turned 1 a week ago and she never had cake or processed sugar before. I don’t even think her cake would be considered processed because her dad is a baker so he made it.
I would not give her the pastries from Starbucks. I used to work there. I know the ingredients and the shelf life

So it’s been almost what a week or so since they sent in their “preapproval” work into the realtor. It shouldn’t take that long to get an pre-approval if you have stable income and everything requested. Ours took just a few hours back in 2016. My guess is that they got denied for the amount they wanted.

Our pre-approval was done over the phone and was completed in about 15 minutes. We also used USAA which I’m assuming, they are too.

She said they got approved, but she didn’t say they got approved for the amount they wanted. Then I believe she went on to say that they’re looking out for a house in their price range in a specific area, but the houses can be expensive there. (This is based off my memory from watching a few days ago). And then she said something about how they had seen a house but it was way out of their price range.

My guess is they got approved for waaay less than they were hoping for. Judging by what my husband and I got approved for (I stay home, he makes good money) there’s no way she got approved for more than 250k. And that’s being generous.
