She mentioned her lips...she mentioned her breasts...I doubt she had either of those things done, but I'm guessing they were mentioned to her during her consult and that is why she questioned it as she was coming out of anesthesia. How damaging to stand in front of a surgeon while he pointed out all of the things she could fix. They prey on insecurities something that has haunted Bonnie her whole life. I feel for Bonnie.
I agree that Bonnie needs therapy. She’ll never be happy with the way she looks and she’s going to keep adding on surgeries. It’s a shame. She looked so pretty in the beginning of the video without makeup. She’s becoming clownish with the makeup and the unnatural figure from surgery. Joel needs to say enough.

Does anyone know how long she was in LA for this procedure? She said she wasn't going to change the shape of her chin so it will be interesting to see the results.

Wow! So we know she had her chin reshaped. She probably had a tummy tuck and then they did more lipo to finish things off that was too much to do during the last surgery. It is so sad really and I hope one day she realizes that all the plastic surgery in the world will never make her look like her sisters. She just has a different bone structure then they do. Well, it will be interesting if we really find out about everything the surgeon did.

YES!!! I was thinking this same exact thing. I think she is totally playing it up for the camera because she know's the first vlog did well. I think it was edited that way on purpose as well as using the clickbait. Desperate to get those views!

Yes that is probably what they are shooting for, but what they don't realize is people that watched then may be long gone from their vlogs now. We will see how it works out.
Bonnie tried to reason out the jaw spur by saying if you had one on your foot, you would remove it. Spurs on your feet, spine etc are causing pain and may even be pinching a nerve if on the spine. We haven't heard that these jaw spurs is affecting her health in any way, it was just affecting her looks.
The biggest eye roll moment for me: Joel saying the surgeon used the tiniest little tool and surprised all the other people in the OR because he wanted to be extra delicate with Bonnie know just how delicate she is.
This surgeon knows how to play it up for these people! I think he knows he found a couple of suckers and has them wrapped around his finger. He probably uses these terms “fibrous fat I’ve never seen” “strangest most symmetrical bone spurs ever” “so delicate she requires special delicate tools” with all his clients to make them feel special and get more work done.
Also so strange how they are making this vague. she’s totally implied that she got a tummy tuck (telling people to reference the old vlog where she explains she’ll need a tummy tuck post lipo) and saying the chin surgery will be happening while she’s already under. By why not just say what the freaking procedure was? Why dance around it so much, especially when you’re now exposing the chin surgery? Also, did she seem like a person who just had a tummy tuck? Admittedly I wasn’t paying that close attention but I’m thinking back to JessFam’s tummy tuck and homegirl could barely walk. Bonnie seemed like she jus got her face done post surgery (and it could definitely just be the editing) but has totally alluded to a stomach surgery. But again, why edit to make it look like she just had the chin done?? So bizarre.

I can understand removing a bone spur on your jaw. I would imagine it would be uncomfortable if you laid on in or something, but removing a bone spur for medical reasons is something that could have been done at home. No need to travel to LA, or to have other work done alone with it.
I also doubt she just had the spurs removed, I bet she had a bit extra.
Separate from your post: I don’t understand the reasoning that Bonnie has always been the largest sister. She hasn’t. In their old home videos she was just as small as her sisters growing up, and even post babies she rebounded very well. It’s only been the last few years that she ballooned up. While I don’t doubt her families mindset and comments play a huge role in why she’s uncomfortable in her own skin I don’t think it’s fair to say she’s always been huge compared to her family.
I haven't watched the vlog yet, but I call BS on bone spurs on her chin. Bone spurs occur near joints and the closest she will have bone spurs is on her jaw bone near the joint. Ok, off to watch this shit show.
I thought she was getting that recti somthing fixed, not her face. I also think the shaming of her looks has gotten to her because I have read a lot of comments about how fat she is and that she needs to get that chin fixed, the teeth even, I think she has beautiful teeth so I think people tend to just try to be hurtful because they don't like her. On the other hand, I have a really good impression of Ellie. Seems like she does everything to make Bonnies kids have a good time. Can't immagine having three myself and take on my siblings four children like that.
She has NEVER ONCE talked about having a "bone spur" on her chin. She has NEVER ONCE complained of pain or discomfort or alluded to any problems. I think when she had her initial exam, she asked him about her chin and what he thought and he pointed them out. I don't think she ever knew about it in the first place until she was told and that was her "excuse" to get surgery done to shape her chin. She has always been insecure about it. As much as she talks about "loving her chin" b/c it looks like her Dad's and how she is sad about it, blah blah blah.......She didn't have to have the surgery done if she didn't want it. The "bone spur" was just another excuse to get more plastic surgery done. No matter what else she has done, she will never be happy b/c she isn't fixing the real problem which is what's inside (her mental state) She will always be unhappy and no amount of plastic surgery or money will be able to fix that.
My reasoning behind thinking she had her tummy tuck and more lipo/butt work done is that she talks about linking the previous vlog that tells us all about why she needs part 2 of her surgery. I think it's all a big fat excuse to justify in her mind having plastic surgery done.

She just seems to have her mom’s build, which is just stockier. Beau, Ruby, and Ellie just seem kind of puny. They all have the hollow, gaunt faces of their dad.
I still don’t blame Bonnie for getting her chin done. It must be hard for a woman to have such a masculine chin. The chin is so prominent that it looks like her mouth is sunken in, especially in profile.
The post surgery footage was disturbing. I hope they don’t let the kids watch that vlog.
So after some snooping back, she was at CvXlive on sept 22. She post her surgery video on Sept 13 and said my surgery was a few weeks ago.
She’s hashtagged this pain management. Lady, you were 3-4 weeks (at least) past your surgery. Nurse here to tell you that you’re WAY past pain management when you literally cannot remember an entire major event A MONTH post surgery because you are so hopped up on pills. She’s still lying to herself and viewers that she had a problem. I feel for what the kids went through during that time. It seems like she’s taking this slightly more seriously this time around...I hope.
I’m wondering if she had her chin done and then the tummy tuck a few days later. Why would you need to stay in LA and have your kids stay with sitters for that long for just a chin? She was easily able to stand up and sit down so I don’t think the tummy tuck at the same time.
