It would not be so hard if you had taught your going on 5 year olds some manners, how to behave and listen. They should mind you and have consequences and not be laughed at. It isn’t funny.

They are not cute. They are spoiled brats.

They are not smart. They have out smarted you.

Interesting, the Scotts discussed something very similar in their last vlog...
I guess it’s also another thing that makes these two even more hard to relate to now.

Yes! In Wednesday's Five Two Love vlog about a Costco haul, at 6:30 I love Jamie and her sister talking about how they've supported each other during tough times. So loving and genuine. It's been mentioned here before, but T&A are takers. They accept help but never offer any. So selfish and self-centered, and raising their kids to be the same.

In the vlog I watched yesterday, Jamie and Skylar actually talk about it too. How they countdown the last hour and a half of the evening until the Quints go to bed. It’s not done in a way that you feel they resent the babies, you understand how exhausting it must be for them.

Exactly... I know every mom on a bad day couldn’t wait until bed time.. That’s perfectly normal.. But with her it’s every single time she has to spend any amount of time with her kids she is so exhausted, she doesn’t want them touching her(which is in her stories today).. I miss mine being little.. But Grandkids are fun too :)...

ImageImage They are 4. Oh, the hell that is coming.
Just wait. What will she do when they are tweens and teenagers? She has absolutely no idea what she’s in for.
One adage I’ve always believed in: “Grandchildren are your reward for not killing your teenagers”.
Pass the popcorn, please.

Assley is emotionally (and a lot of the times physically) unavailable to her kids. They likely don't know from one minute to the next what they will get from her. Jekyll/Hyde weirdo.

I think this is the first time she’s ever admitted that they have DIFFERENT needs. One problem is they don’t act on it and still treat them as 1 unit.

Did anyone catch the Bingham vlog today when they did a ship tour and showed the childcare area? He spent a fair amount of time emphasizing that some people might want to use the area, but that they don’t feel right about it because they want to spend time with their kids and make memories with them.

Gardners, take note.

She eats otter pops in the bath tub. It looks like a whole row of 8 of them folded up there! Holy hell!

Yeah, but they do have help along. In his sister and brother in law's vlog, they're spending lots of time in the water with the kids. They may not be using the child care facilities, but they are using family to help manage the brood. And it seemed like they were taking time for themselves.

I agree, these gladiator sandals she is obsessed with make her oversized feet look like Sideshow Bob

Damn y'all are even hating on larger feet lol I wear a size 11/12 and would never wear shoes like that. It is hard to find cute shoes that size that don't make your feet look like clown shoes
My apologies, I meant no disrespect to others. I simply meant her choice in shoes. I bet you're able to find lovely shoes and are able to pair them much better than her questionable fashion choices

It's not that they have four 4-year olds, it's that they have four undisciplined, selfish, entitled 4-year olds. It's only going to get harder as they get older. Especially since they don't know how to share and aren't respected for their differences. My kids were such a joy as four year olds. It's so sad for those girls that their parents are too self-involved to teach them manners, restraint and communication skills. On the other hand, it's probably impossible for them to teach things they don't know for themselves. Hod help those poor girls.

We know they don't read books.

That's the same thing EVERY parent with more than one child deals with. They're so ridiculous. Once again using quads as a excuse for lazy parenting.

No offense taken lol. When you have larger feet as a woman you have less of a selection to choose from and a lot of the shoes are ugly as hell.

Boundaries
Rules
Clear expectations
One on one time
Acknowledging the girls as individuals
Diet
Routine
Proper education/schooling

^^ all would go a million miles to have the girls better humans to be dealing with.

Parenting is hard, but its even harder when you are a “yes” person. If you cant bare to say NO to your precious miracles you are setting them up for failure. I dont care what you think - by not having boundaries, rules and clear expectations you are setting them up for failure.

Routine is key. Consistent bed times, meal times and structured days. Its way easier to anticipate that your kids might get crabby at 10am, 12 noon, 3pm and 5pm if you consistently feed them at similar/same times each day. Taking them out to eat lunch at 10am or 2pm does nothing for them. Same as holding them off eating dinner til 7-8pm (bedtime!!). Kids need routine and structure, expectations come directly from that.

I dont claim to be the best mom ever by any stretch of the imagination. But my kids know what my expectations are of them, they know to expect lunch at 12noon and dinner between 5-6pm, they know at 10am and 3pm they can help themselves to morning/afternoon tea. They know after school its homework, sports, tea, shower/bath, pjs, books, teeth, bed. Without fail its the same every day. Whether its a school day or a weekend. I had three under 3, plus i did home based child care for a friend when her youngest was 6mths old, so i had a 4, 3, 2, 1 and 6mth old here 5 days a week.

Having kids different ages is harder than catering to one age group and gender. Everyone continues to panda to trash saying “4-4yr olds must be soooo hard” um id rather 4 of one age and gender that four different ages and genders.

But she’s drinking that pink diet drink that her loser husband endorses so these 8 sugar filled, no nutritional value otter pops are no big deal right?

Her response was she prays and trusts her mama gut or something stupid like that. If only she read a book perhaps she wouldn’t be in this situation right? But her whatever is easiest mentality is doing her in every time. If she’d only realize the easy way out always comes back to bite you. Perhaps she will one day and by then it will be too late.
