I don’t know why Jess doesn’t buy L.L. Bean or Lands End backpacks..they last forever and don’t look tacky like the cheap ones from Target. Each of the backpacks the kids picked out were $25 to $30 so $100-$120 total. Why pay that much for something that’s gonna break in a few months? Also the school mornings shouldn’t as hectic as Jess makes them. She should prepare lunches the night before. The kids should pick out their clothes the night before too. Lilia, Kyson, Kaden and Landen are at the age we’re they should be able to wake up, get dressed and brush their teeth & hair by themselves. I don’t understand why Jess is always there having to help them with everything. She babies them so much they’ll never be independent.

My plan is to wait until middle school to do the LL Bean type back packs. At this stage they still want character backpacks. So once they’re a little older a solid color or a pattern would be better, bc they’re going to use them for years.

I’d say sandwiches made the night before tend to get soggy, but she doesn’t make those lol. So there’s no reason why she can’t cut up fruit and veggies or whatever junk she throws in couldn’t be done the night before. She just uses the chaos for ratings and viewings bc that = $$

We only have one kid and we pack her lunch the night before as well as having her entire bag packed the night before. She used to pick out her outfits but she's shown she doesn't need to do that anymore. My boyfriend babies her far more than I do (she's his biological kid) and she had him convinced that she couldn't tie her shoes or brush her hair independently until like 4th grade. He commented on how that was the hardest part of getting ready for school, and I was like "What are you talking about?! She does all that on her own?" She admitted she was too lazy to do it on her own so told him she needed help but knew she couldn't get away with that with me. I love how kids play their parents (we have her 100 percent of the time, for what it's worth). She's had the same cheapo back pack for 3 years now, I suspect we'll need to upgrade it when she starts high school next year but she's using her cheapo bag for the 4th year this year.

Not really. My son started 4th grade this year. Man is he going through a goofy phase. He's short for his age but his feet grew huge over the summer, We had to get a mens 7 1/2 for him and they kinda look like clown feet. Teeth missing and not quite in their proper place yet. People used to stop me in stores and tell me how beautiful he was when he was a toddler. He will always be handsome to me because he's my son and I love him. Its just that age. I think when Lilia goes through puberty she will be a very pretty girl.

Even if the kid's backpacks last them this year (zip still working, no tears, just manky and in need of a wash) Jess will still get them brand new backpacks. Like someone else mentioned, she comments about how something is bad for the earth and environment but she doesn't even attempt the basics of metal straws and reusable bags. Those "old" backpacks will go straight to the garage or landfill. Growing up, if my bag wasn't broken my parents would make me use it until it was completely unsalvagable and that was because we didn't have the money for new bags every year. The only new things we got for school were shoes & our uniform. I can just see the horror on Princess Lilia's face if she was told she would be using last year's backpack instead of a brand new one.

Double post but do American's schools do yearly weight checks, height etc? I think Lilia is borderline anorexic, to be honest. And that's coming from a former anorexic. Here in the UK, they send you a letter afterwards, saying if your child is overweight or underweight or healthy etc.

In TX schools do not do that. That’s on parents and Pedis but I’m pretty sure Jessica does not take her children for yearly well child check ups. She also bounces around clinics so she isn’t held accountable or questioned about her shitty parenting.

It may not be this everywhere but I think most schools trust that kids have a pediatrician. They have done the BMI but it brings a lot of controversy, its inaccurate. I just don't know how her doctors are missing it but I guess because Jess switches around or at least was.

I still can't get over her saying she's picky, its more just jess being lazy. When Jess was sponsored by nurture life she had the kids try a meal and they all gave it a thumbs up. Why would Lilia eat that (I don't think she could edit around that or may be she did) but nothing else. She could make protein shakes or somsthing. Its her fault as she created this. Just makes me sad she's going out to lunches and Texas roadhouse and Lilia & the boys get strawberries and a bunch of crap carbs.

Sorry this is long. I know Lilia is loved but I have foster kids that were basically starved that aren't this tiny. And I've had to do the shakes and get protein in them. As well as work with a nutritionist.

Not in my area,but I thinks it differs within each school district.Usually a physical from a Dr is required yearly,and they're the ones who check height/weight.They did basic eye and hearing tests at school here,but that's it

Guys please Lilia is just skinny, a lot of kids are Tommy and kaden are skinny, Britneyandbaby Aria is skinny, she's a skinny nine year old no disease in that.
