Okay, so I refuse to watch today's video cause I cannot spend over 15min. watching and listening to her bs nonsense about what she considers 'essential'.
So instead I scrolled down to the links she provided to check some of those out. She is SO LAZY when it comes to giving her audience any useful info. Many of the 'budget' options are more expensive than the 'expensive' items...AND this is likely cause she wants to provide links to make a bit of $, cause if you are shopping on a budget you would likely go thrifting or go shop clearance sections. Why not get the 'expensive' stuff at budget prices? Either go to Once Upon A Child or TJX stores. All of the items she shows on her channel from Little Unicorn retailing $50-80 can be found at TJX stores for under $40; much less on clearance(same can be said for Aden+Anais and many other premium brands). I feel sorry for any new moms who actually take any of her advice--waste of money. I did not bother getting most of these 'essential' items and got along just fine.

I checked the links, but I refuse to watch the video. This actually highlights my rant from yesterday perfectly. She’s unbelievable!!! Half of this shit is absolutely unnecessary! Let me just recap and I will use my life as a contrast:
Elle- Baby monitor $400, mine-$75
Elle- diaper pail $64, mine- $25 and used regular garbage bags
Elle- white noise $34, mine- $15 from amazon
Elle- swaddles $54, mine- Aiden and anais on sale for around $20/3 pack
I’m not going to carry on because we all know! But her excess is just disgusting, especially from my perspective. I can afford what she’s doing but I would never, and the only rationalization I can come to, is that she wants to appear a certain way to people who may be financially below her, and to be perfectly honest, I think she’s alienating herself from everyone except for the 2500 viewers who obviously idolize her because they don’t know any better (I’m thinking teen/young moms) I want her to fall so fucking hard from the high horse she’s on. She’s a greedy bitch and I hope her last few viewers will soon realize what we know.

Elle must be really struggling for views. She just posted on Facebook to remind people to watch her videos that they missed from last week . For someone that has 200k subs, 15k views at best is super low. I wonder when she'll catch on that her content is just not interesting. For me, I occasionally watch and get mildly entertained seeing how the trainwreck unfolds.

I’m so confused by her latest instastories asking viewers for their recommendations on muslin or bamboo bib bandanas. Doesn’t she have like 10 of them and she preached on Little Unicorn brand. It’s been a whole 5 seconds since she’s mentioned West Coast Kids, maybe they told her to get lost.

She dresses/shops for the boys with a more feminine touch, touting gender neutrality. Which is totally cool! But now that she has a girl, it’s all pink all the time. She had to toss/donate anything too boyish.
