I'm so confused about the two kitchens very close together. What kind of house lay out is that?

The only thing I can think of is if the house had been set up as dual-rental prior to them buying it. Other than that I can’t really think of a reason. It’s weird *shrugs*

The only thing I can think of is that it was designed by a polygamist family? It reminds of a modern version of the giant house that reality show family lived in with separate kitchens for each wife/child group. The indoor shooting "range" (room) is strange as well though. I don't think I could ever shoot a gun inside a house with my 7 kids. How do they know it was even constructed safely?

I do think it’s unusual for a home to have a built-in gun range, makes me really wonder what kind of people owned it and why they felt they needed it. I did initially think polygamist house as well and it makes sense considering it’s Utah.

Also, I really dislike Branson. He’s so childish, I can see why he hasn’t found anyone yet. He’s always throwing bugs at Sarah when he knows she doesn’t like them.. He also roughhouses with her too. I couldn’t imagine my brother treating my mother like that at his age. He shows very little respect for her boundaries.

Now I understand why the kids must love the salmon, so much fat!! The salmon mustbe totally fried by the end. And who puts mayo on salmon and then cooks it in the oven?!

It was in a vlog from a few days ago, I believe the title was something along the lines of “I can’t believe I did this in my new house” that’s probably not exact but it was a clickbait type title

Allie says that she can't wait 4 years to get married and she wants to have a baby by then. Yikes. So much yikes.

Additionally, Branson wanted to be married less than a year after his mission but has resigned to the fact that it isn't going to happen in time. He also said he originally wanted a baby a year after his mission so idk how that timeline works.

Allie is one of the most immature kids I've ever seen, and I don't mean that in terms of responsibility but just knowledge. She seems overly sheltered because she acts like an 8 year old but with all the characteristics needed to be a stay at home mom. She babysits, drives to the grocery store, cooks and cleans but has no knowledge about the world outside of what her church teaches. I obviously don't know her personally but from the vlogs she seems brainwashed to believe that everything (and by everything I mean any form of intimacy as well as drugs/alcohol which are more understandable) is bad. The other siblings are the same way but Allie stands out to me because she's so eager to be grown up. I think the only "normal" (and I hate using that term) child is Daniell which is surprising because she has to spend the most time with her parents because she's home schooled. Before anyone makes an assumption; what I mean by Daniell being normal is that she dresses in more modern clothes (and yet still stays modest) which fashion is to each their own but at that age you would think the other girls would want to experiment more and not just wear the same clothes we rocked in 2007. She also just seems the most open minded to things outside of the LDS church which may be why she got along so well with Chad and Brock and Boston because they all would be a big no no to hang out with in her parents minds because they are boys. I know she seems to be treated as the troubled child or black sheep of the family but she honestly seems very well behaved and just dares to push her boundaries a little

It seems like Allie is competing with Branson about getting married and having a baby first. It’s so weird considering she’s 17 and he is 20. Allie is going to settle because of how desperate she is. Johnny even seemed shocked that Allie wanted to be married with a baby in 4 years, Daniell too.

I have been wondering the past few months... if Allie has been maybe, acting... like she's very "innocent" for her parents/viewers. I mean, who really knows how she acts when she's out away from her family and just with her friends. I know when I was a teenager, I always acted like I didn't know what this was or that was, because it was embarrassing to have my Mom, Dad, and siblings be talking to me about it, so if I just said "oh no... I have no idea" they would leave me alone and move along... but, I knew everything they were talking about. It was hard not to, when you are in public school, you learn things, sometimes before you are even ready to learn them. It's possible she is very naive... but, it is also possible she's just acting naive as well.

I think her friend Adam wants to marry her but I don’t think she is interested in Adam that way.

I’m so embarrassed for Johnny and Sarah regarding Daniell and the bear costume/prank against Sarah. Not only was Daniell having a panic attack waiting for Sarah- Savannah started getting panicked, too. It’s sad that Daniell and Savannah felt that staying the costume to “scare” Sarah took priority over Daniell feeling comfortable and being able to breathe.

Exactly my thoughts! I feel like none of the kids even considered trying that stunt out until Johnny pointed out it was possible. Canyon will most likely try it out now.

I’m not too sure about the little windows in that storage area.. but I did think you could make it into a neat little nook/cozy room if you managed the space well.
