I just think it’s really sad Kyle has 3, soon to be 4 little kidses and they’re not only holding back his parents from their grandkids, but the kidses from their other grandparents. She only realizes how bad it appears since it’s been mentioned here.
Those kids ARE brats and deep down she knows it, which is why she’s trying to justify their behavior.
And yes, SHITTALKINB, you IGNORE your kids all freakin day long when you are obsessively checking YT comments, posting IG stories, watching other YT’ers for content ideas, etc, etc.

Ok, so let’s look up jailbird Justin’s record... she never says anything about this in her vlogs.... with all her lies, I would never believe anything she says or what Kyle says. He is so brainwashed. If they were good bloggers she would have the other side of the story told.... she is looking for attention, poor her poor him.... blah blah blah. Only those that made a deal with the devil can live with lying about kyles family.

Any good parent wouldn’t let their child run off and get married, just because they were parenting, not giving her what she wanted, they made up lies to justify him leaving.

It does look like the target story was try there was an emergency order of protection granted against kyle’s dad. Not too sure how easy those are but it looks like it was dismissed after the real one went through the courts. So my guess is you ask and you get the emergency one while the courts are hearing both sides and that after hearing both sides it wasn’t warranted.

If the claimant doesn’t show, or the judge realizes it’s not warranted, it’s tossed. It’s a good way to annoy someone when that’s all they want to do.

That’s probably what happened. The dad had physical assault and disorderly conduct charges but both were dismissed. It seems like they Carroll’s are big cowards and really good at annoying people. I highly doubt Kyle’a dad would be as high in the Air Force continuing to get promotions if he was as bad as Kyle claims. The Air Force does not mess around. I live in the area which is close to an Air Force base and the last next door neighbors had an investigation done on them real fast about stuff like Kyle is claiming. If what he said was true I doubt the Air Force would keep promoting him let alone keep him in the area. My neighbors got shipped off a few months later and they had just bought their house a few months before the investigation. My guess is his parents were “strict” and Emily showed him how easy it is when you have lazy parents who care more about being your friend and he got sucked in and brainwashed with the entitlement mindset that is so toxicly common in society. I’m sure they wanted better for their son than what he has knowing that the success the Carroll’s had could go at anytime and he would be left struggling hard. When you have your own business it’s easy to scam people in to thinking you have more than you do. They always say how they don’t do debt but she’s slipped many times talking about them having a credit card. People who have the mindset they claim(Dave Ramsey style) refuses to have credit cards bc they are concerned with falling trap to any debt. The parents can easily leverage themselves personally and then the business to appear well off when they are not. Plus given her dad’s background I’m sure he can figure out some scam to shuffle money that isn’t his or there.

get her out of there?! She’s such a fucking liar.
She has some serious mental problems to need validation from a bunch of paid for YT subscribers and commenters. Guess that’s been her whole life though...what Emily wants, Emily gets no matter the cost. Must be lonely to have to live like that. No friends, no extended family.

Alright, so first his parents just didn’t approve of the marriage, then they drank a lot, and now they’re physically abusive? I’m not saying physical abuse doesn’t happen, because I know it does and it’s SO heartbreaking. But I can also think of 2 people in my personal life who have lied about being abused by their parents for sympathy, or because they were pissed they didn’t get something they wanted. (In Kyle’s case, approval). Emily lies about so much stuff it’s hard to believe a word that comes out of her mouth. This is the woman who took a pregnancy test and cried wolf every. Single. Month. Since Emmett was 6 weeks old.

I didn’t watch that video because I am pretty sure it wasn’t going to be the real story about what happened. Am I correct to assume that Kyle alleges physical abuse due to his parents alcohol use/abuse? I know that social media only shows the very best of peoples lives but they sure don’t appear to have that family dynamic. Never know what goes on behind closed doors but as a parent of teenagers I can see how a fight especially the magnitude of a child wanting to forgo education or job training to pump out babies could escalate to physical. Idk. I don’t buy kyle’s story.

If so, that means they dated for 3-4 years and all was fine before the big altercation. I don't buy it. I would go bat shit crazy too if my son was about to be sucked into a family like hers that has a dad who STOLE from elderly people and went to prison. Also as someone pointed out, his dad is a career military officer so he would not continue he to be promoted and reanain in the military if he were an abusive alcoholic. I know because my dad was also a military officer and I live in their home town right near the Air Force base.

Agree. So life before Emily there was no abuse or alcohol abuse... and the years since 8th grade, no one complained he needed help...... exactly, all these accusations where made after Emily couldn’t get what she wanted, complained to jailbird Dad, so he did everything he could to get Kyle for her. All her followers are so crazy for thinking this is real. Karma karma karma . I guess life needed a little fun, they needed something to do, so they brought this topic back up again. A restraining order for what? Telling the truth about her dad? Not believing the lies she tells about Kyle's family? It's public knowledge about her dad and you can look it up yourself. This is the only you tube mom I've watched and like I said, I was only interested because they're from the town I live in and I know one of her dad's relatives, and is a total loser. I think they're all full of crap. Look at the poor woman out in Colorado who was a vlogger. She portrayed this loving family and everything was peachy keen. Then hubby murders her and their two precious babies. I'm not saying Kyle would snap like that because I genuinely think he's a good guy and great dad, but he's been brainwashed, in my opinion. It all seemed scripted and now at least she cant gain views or use click bait about him "telling his story again". When people call her out for how much she eats out she use to always claim, "well I dont buy alcohol". Which has nothing to do with her spending money. Her and her family dont drink so she acts like its heroin. Funny that now Kyle tells his story that his dad was abusive and drank. Emily needs a shot of tequila to calm the fuck down. Still really wish she would some what address her parents past. Even if she lies. You know people are asking her but she refuses to answer.
