Rachelle & Justin: Loser Spouse & The Over Budget House | Part 20
Re: Rachelle & Justin: Loser Spouse & The Over Budget House | Part 20
If Rachelle isn’t going to dye her hair for nine months (which I don’t understand because she isn’t pregnant now ) why not choose a color that matches her roots. This is going to look ridiculous when it grows out.
Also, Rash, you can dye/bleach your hair when you are pregnant as long as the dye/bleach doesn’t have ammonia and you are in a well ventilated area. They dye isn’t going to seep into your scalp and cause the baby issues.

Hahahahaha. She's such a fucking baby. I've had those progesterone shots from 16 weeks to 37 weeks for 2 pregnancies to prevent pre term labor. Yeah, sometimes it burns, but there are many weeks that it just feels like a pinch. Sometimes it knots since it's oil, which sucks, but I have never reacted like she did - a child.
Hell, my 2 year old does better than she does when he gets his shots.

You can color your hair at anytime during your pregnancy, and since she gets foils usually, that’s an off scalp application. If she did an all over color, it is most likely demi permanent, so no ammonia to lift natural pigment (unless they wanted to lift and deposit at her roots). It’s really up to the pregnant person to decide if they want to color their hair. They say wait until after the first trimester just to be cautious, but there are no studies linking hair color to birth defects because nobody would ever do studies like that on a pregnant woman. You DO need to worry about the hair color reacting differently because of the change in hormones.rxysm wrote:If Rachelle isn’t going to dye her hair for nine months (which I don’t understand because she isn’t pregnant now ) why not choose a color that matches her roots. All that being said, her hair is very porous from lightening it for so long, that the color is going to fade very quickly. Red has the biggest molecules of any other color, so it doesn’t last long, but is also the most difficult color to remove. Most likely scenario: it will fade to a light orange-peach color and look terrible, and she will need corrective color to remove it. She would have been better off sticking with the highlights.

Rash, Mac and cheese is a side, not a nutritious meal for your daughter. Her food haul looked so pathetic. Bread, milk, tortillas, Mac n cheese?
Also confused how she has no clue when they’re closing... she says she has a feeling she’ll take stuff to the house next week, then says they might close early. It’s part of the contract so I don’t understand how she doesn’t know the closing date.

We knew our closing date two weeks before. We have no say in it. All depends on when the lawyers and title company are available to coordinate an appointmentdramallama429 wrote:Rash, Mac and cheese is a side, not a nutritious meal for your daughter. Don’t they have to be out of their rental by the 30th?? Maybe she’s trying to be secretive?dramallama429 wrote:Rash, Mac and cheese is a side, not a nutritious meal for your daughter. Her food haul looked so pathetic. Bread, milk, tortillas, Mac n cheese?

Whoa if they have to be out in less than 2 days, how is nothing in boxes (besides the shitty decor)?mamabear01 wrote:Don’t they have to be out of their rental by the 30th?? I'd be shitting bricks if I had to move in a day and a half and I had all that shit still in the house.

Remember when the landlord was coming by for a visit? I have a feeling he was coming by to see that they’ve kept the house up (magically there’s “grass” again) and she was straightening up a lot in the house and weeded the front... plus mowing the “grass”. And if he approved of the cleanup, he’d let them stay another month.angelmamma wrote:Whoa if they have to be out in less than 2 days, how is nothing in boxes (besides the shitty decor)?mamabear01 wrote:Don’t they have to be out of their rental by the 30th?? That’s a good point, I forgot that it is unoccupied. It seems like she was just handing in paperwork last week though so I’m guessing it won’t be earlier than the 1st.RobinSparkles wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 8:53 pmMy guess is the homeowners have already moved out. The home was clearly staged but there was no furniture in the second and third bedrooms and no clothes in the master closet. If their loan gets final approval early they could presumably close early in that case.dramallama429 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 5:59 pm Rash, Mac and cheese is a side, not a nutritious meal for your daughter. Ours bounced the eff around...closing date kept changing due to last minute document requests, ect. We got the final date the day before we closed.dramallama429 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 5:59 pm Rash, Mac and cheese is a side, not a nutritious meal for your daughter. If the church is helping them then they will have dozens of helpers to move, clean and unpack. She wont lift a finger - esp if they are doing a transfer this week?!?

I’m not sure if you are in the states but that’s typically not how it works here. A closing date is part of the buyers offer letter and is something that the buyer and seller both agree upon before going under contract. If something goes wrong with financing, inspection, or appraisal, it could be delayed (which is not super normal) but buyers have a very good idea of their close date.StaceyAnn wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 9:51 pmdramallama429 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 5:59 pm Rash, Mac and cheese is a side, not a nutritious meal for your daughter. I’m really thinking they are the ones being helped out by the church now. We all know she won’t be sneezing or lifting a finger come Friday!Haulnarse wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2019 10:54 pmdramallama429 wrote:That’s a good point, I forgot that it is unoccupied. Re: Rachelle & Justin: Loser Spouse & The Over Budget House | Part 20
if I were them I would never ever dare to ask for handouts, money, food vouchers or whatever they are asking at their church, not to mention having people help me move instead of using a moving company, if I can't do that all by myself, I would be effing ashamed to get all that help while moving to a 640k mansion...
Wtf, churches should help people in real need, not assholes that due to overbudgeting their instalife cannot buy themselves food. Bitch, buy a less expensive house and let other people go help who really deserve and need it.
I'm calling it, if they really go move in, I stop hate watching them, they don't even deserve that.

I wouldn’t call a 3 bedroom house a mansion, they wish! this house is nice to the eye but is no literally no better than what they’re in now when it comes to features.gossipdottir wrote:if I were them I would never ever dare to ask for handouts, money, food vouchers or whatever they are asking at their church, not to mention having people help me move instead of using a moving company, if I can't do that all by myself, I would be effing ashamed to get all that help while moving to a 640k mansion...

They’re basically spending $640,000 on a prettier version of their current house

Why do they seem so sure and certain that they will be pregnant this transfer? They are almost too smug about it. Do they think because they have Emma they are megically not considered infertile anymore?

I know right, the way she said it’s the last time getting her hair done for 9 months like she was so sure she will be pregnant. Most people doing IVF are optimistic but definitely not certain everything will work out. Like yes, be confident but not cocky. She’s setting this up for failure all for click bait.angelmamma wrote:Why do they seem so sure and certain that they will be pregnant this transfer? They are almost too smug about it. Re: Rachelle & Justin: Loser Spouse & The Over Budget House | Part 20
Whatever people standards are for what is or is not a "mansion", more than half a million dollar house is probably a palace in the eyes of a homeless person. Or even in those of a single mother with 3 kids and 2 jobs. My remark was about having the guts and the smug to ask for free stuff while spending so much money in the first place. If you can afford one, you shouldn't need the other. But if you rather want to digress from my point to correct my use of mansion, go for it.islasmumma wrote: ↑Thu Aug 29, 2019 1:27 amI wouldn’t call a 3 bedroom house a mansion, they wish! this house is nice to the eye but is no literally no better than what they’re in now when it comes to features.gossipdottir wrote:if I were them I would never ever dare to ask for handouts, money, food vouchers or whatever they are asking at their church, not to mention having people help me move instead of using a moving company, if I can't do that all by myself, I would be effing ashamed to get all that help while moving to a 640k mansion...
