Wtf, churches should help people in real need, not assholes that due to overbudgeting their instalife cannot buy themselves food. Bitch, buy a less expensive house and let other people go help who really deserve and need it.

I wouldn’t call a 3 bedroom house a mansion, they wish! this house is nice to the eye but is no literally no better than what they’re in now when it comes to features.

Whatever people standards are for what is or is not a "mansion", more than half a million dollar house is probably a palace in the eyes of a homeless person. Or even in those of a single mother with 3 kids and 2 jobs. My remark was about having the guts and the smug to ask for free stuff while spending so much money in the first place. If you can afford one, you shouldn't need the other. But if you rather want to digress from my point to correct my use of mansion, go for it.

Rightio then. Technically it’s just an average house because of its 3 bedrooms. A mansion is typically 5,000-8,000 square feet with an absurd amount of bedrooms.

Chill out, I was just saying their house is nothing special and a big fat waste of money.

Rash, Mac and cheese is a side, not a nutritious meal for your daughter. Her food haul looked so pathetic. Bread, milk, tortillas, Mac n cheese?

Also confused how she has no clue when they’re closing... she says she has a feeling she’ll take stuff to the house next week, then says they might close early. It’s part of the contract so I don’t understand how she doesn’t know the closing date.

Ours bounced the eff around...closing date kept changing due to last minute document requests, ect. We got the final date the day before we closed.

I’m not sure if you are in the states but that’s typically not how it works here. A closing date is part of the buyers offer letter and is something that the buyer and seller both agree upon before going under contract. If something goes wrong with financing, inspection, or appraisal, it could be delayed (which is not super normal) but buyers have a very good idea of their close date.

I'm in the states, possibly it varies by state or loan type. Ours was govt backed (usda). However, my sister bought the following year with conventional loan and had a similar experience.

Isn’t it safe to get your hair done while pregnant —like as long as you wait till the second trimester ? I’ve had two pregnancies and three kids (Singleton and twins), and two different OB’s as well as Maternal Fetal Medicine doctors for the twin pregnancy. All were fine with me getting my hair done after the second trimester. I thought that was old fashioned advice that you couldn’t get it done at all. She is so weird. She puts a ton of crap into her body, doesn’t take care of it (I.e the kidney stone ordeal), but then again, who the hell knows.

We’re closing In September and it’s always been a part of our contract

I will say our offer was accepted quite a bit before their’s so I’m not sure how they expect to close on the 30th... although someone posted their mortgage company and it seems they specialize in “speedy” mortgages which is questionable.

the certainty she has is ridiculous, she doesn't have the best record to begin with. 11 embryos, 6 used to make 1 baby, and as far as I know clinics start to transfer the best of the batch first, with the less good to follow. I don't think the rest of her embryos is as good as the first 6, it's just normal with ivf to have different embryos with different grades. In my own experience it took us 4 embryos (3 transfers) to have 1 baby, after the pregnancy we transfer the last 2 in 2 separate transfers, and nothing happened. And she can be mad at Justina's MalE fAcToR all she wants, but not all women has to get the progesterone injections to be able to sustain a pregnancy, that's on her and on her alone. I bet she's just trying to hype up her minions so that when it fails there will be showers of: love, compassion, presents, gift cards, sympathy baskets, attention. All the things she craves.

Okay. Something has to be going on behind the scenes. She’s at a tile shop with Lauren, presumably for something to do with the new house. I don’t understand how a small channel with 207k subscribers and 50k-90k view per video can possibly afford an over a half million dollar house plus renovations right off the bat. Her channel is small in comparison to the many successful YouTube channels out there. Over 100k of her subscribers are not watching her lame ass vlogs, and most likely found and subscribed to her after watching the putting away the nursery video. I’m guessing most of their paycheck is going towards the mortgage, which is probably why she asked people how much a week/month they spend on groceries the other day on ig. Most of us would be “able” to afford a house that ate up 80% of our paychecks, but we’re not that damn stupid to.

That could be accurate but even with that salary they wouldn’t be able to afford the house. This would be pre-tax pay and they pay their own insurance. Not sure what theirs costs but OKBaby has said that they pay 1800 a month. They also have to pay different taxes because they’re self employed. They give a large part of what they make to taxes and when all is said and done, what they take home does not cover the life style they’re portraying.

I was curious about the tile store too. The house doesn’t need any new tile unless she is redoing a bathroom to add a tub in.

that website is interesting. I was plugging in channels that are much smaller than theirs and it was showing larger figures. Maybe justine got a lot of separation pay from the military or something. I just don't see how they were able to save up THAT much money while being so young. I know people are sick of reading about their finances and the house but it truly is mind boggling.

Someone back a post or two mentioned the packing the nursery away video. Did they purchase all new furniture for Emma and not use the furniture they already owned??? If so, that shows you their half-assed mentality. I would not wish the loss of a child on my worst enemy....but economics is economics.

I think her mother and stepfather have obviously helped them purchase this home. To what end, I'm uncertain. Since it is a ranch I would think they have an eye on living there themselves eventually.

For the life of me I do not understand Rash's sick need to have Tinkerbell with her always. I don't believe she wants him to work...at all. Not that he's qualified to do anything. When my husband was a young man he was in the Navy. He loved it! Single and on his own he traveled and saw places he normally could only dream about. Hubby said guys like Tinkerbell are a dime a dozen. The Navy generally doesn't kick up a fuss when they want out. Guys like Tinkerbell don't want to pull their weight and are taking up space.

Lastly, Rash is counting her chicks early when it comes to baby no. 2. The odds are not in her favor. All of her minions will gather round bearing gifts.....that Rash can sell on Poshmark.

She didn’t have much furniture for Brynn, just the recalled crib, clothes/blankets and car seat. The crib was recalled by IKEA. IKEA had the parts to make it safe again but Rach took it as an opportunity to buy something brand new and gave the crib away so she could buy that ridiculously expensive crib they have now. Then all of the clothes were not reused. I think the only thing she ended up using was the car seat.

Seeing her post about her previous transfers got me curious and scrolling through her Instagram. I know we sat this a lot on here but what the hell happened to her? Was she hiding this psycho controlling, manipulative, insensitive, entitled side or did YT give her this complex? She just seems so different, like when I found her I wanted to be her friend and could relate to her as a military spouse. Now it’s like she hates her husband, is in a rush to replace her daughter with a more Instagramable child and nothing is every really good enough even a 600k home. Like it’s insane how unlikable and truly out of touch she is with her own audience.
