This house doesn’t match up with the church house timeline and stuff. It sold in 1996 then again in 2016. Also while looking that up I found this picture of the backyard. It used to be beautiful! I’m assuming this is rachelles vision since it’s pretty much exactly what she described. How frustrating to see how nice their back yard used to be and someone trashed it. Then sold it for more money lol.

Yeah I pooped up when I searched the address and had their address under it. I just assumed they had knocked some of those trees out and extended the yard but didn’t look to much into it.

No Americans don’t think it’s weird for a toilet to be NEXT to the shower... we find it weird when it’s IN the shower.
Even the pictures you posted there is a bathtub separating the toilet from the shower or the shower has a door (most glass). In her house it’s just this weird walk in where you can sit on the toilet and feel be like basically in the shower. That’s not normal here. Like to not even have a glass door you can close so the water doesn’t splash someone taking a dump is weird to me.

I “watched” the video - but skipped through tons. The house isn’t great at all - and you can tell TRASH isn’t into it. As usual, she’s faking it for the camera. Their bathroom is really weird and ONE sink? Yea ok. Just give it some time and you’ll see how shitty that is.

She’s just happy they’re out of that non Instagram worthy rental. Gotta keep up with that monochromatic esthetic you gUyS.

Dulce candy just did an Ivf update and she’s taking progesterone shots also! She said she was super nervous seeing the size of the needle but the shot actually didn’t hurt at all. Rachelle is just playing it up for sympathy

thank you!!! they really dont..you just feel the pinch of the needle and thats it. sometimes it can burn, but i wouldnt say its painful.. it goes in the backside where theres alot of ...cushion lol the needle is hella long so it does kinda freak people out. but it does not hurt whatsoever. i have bruises on my backside right now that are darker than rachelles and i didnt even know they were there at first because it didnt cause any pain. im so glad you brought up dulce candy , i used to watch her all the time, shes so much more genuine than rachelle.

also, side note, certain parts of their NeW hOuSe is nice, like some parts of the flooring..the paint colors are ok, why would she cover those up? dumbass. but i wouldnt have that house if you gave it to me for free. like someone else said the layout is strange. what is up with that shower/toilet room combo? also the backyard is shit. literal shit.

I guess Americans are spoiled with double vanities. You don’t have to share the mirror or sink with your loved one. My husband and I do fine with one sink. He shaves and brushes his teeth while I soak in the bath and then we switch and I brush my teeth. It’s not much of a problem for us. But I can see how it would be nice to have two sinks. If I paid that much, I’d expect two sinks.

This is how they are done near me I am in fl if they aren’t in the enclosure they sit next to a shower that has glass doors or a bath tub like in your photos. The issue with theirs is the floor is really flat and the water will not go down the drain they will have to squeegee the floor plus the over head shower is in the center and the toilet will get water splashing on it.In the photo I am adding Rachelle is standing under the shower head and no wall to stop water from splashing toilet.

Ok so now that they “bought” the house who’s gonna look up who’s name is really on the deed? Idk how to do it but someone on here said it’s all public record. Really just dying to know if they’re actually listed on the deed and their loan amount bc then we’ll know how much of a down payment they had (or should I say had given to them)

This whole thing is hilarious.

1. No way they can afford the house if they actually paid 640. They simply can’t.

2. She settled big time. That house isn’t much better than their rental, other than the kitchen and more ugly outdoor space.

3. She clearly settled. The house isn’t any of the things she mentioned wanting. None. There were waaaay nicer houses in the same price range. When things don’t add up then you know something is off. They did not pick that house. They just didn’t. I don’t know if it’s the church house, or someone else bought it and they have some deal, or what but that was not the house they would have picked if they had any other options. At 640 in the same area there are beautiful homes that are newer, with a pool and the whole shebang. She would not have picked the old, poor finishing, weird layout, no backyard, shed to tear down house. She likes new, new, new only. She spelled for old for a reason. We don’t likely ever know the reason, but I know they settled.

Yup! They took that house because they had no other choice. Some special set up of some sort. I just looked at realtor for two seconds and found waaaay nicer homes in great school districts 50-150 less.

Rachelle would not have said no to fully updated homes with beautiful landscaping and a pool. It just isn’t reality. They bought it because they had some special deal and she has had to make her peace with what it can eventually be. Well so can an empty lot of you spend enough lol.

I’ve seen this look coming out in the new renovation shows on TV. I hope this trend doesn’t catch because it’s awful!

Besides, the only thing I noticed when I saw this part of the vlog is how low that window is for someone taking a shower lol

The counters and cabinetry throughout the house didn’t look new to me... kind of like they painted the old cabinetry and got a super cheap deal on countertops which is what most flippers do.

Forgot to add, I think you are suppose to put a shower rod to separate the shower and toilet in then master. Or that’s what I would do in that situation. It’s still weird. Almost like they went cheap with he flip.
