Hi! I've been creeping on this forum for a few months now, and I've finally decided I want to spit out my two cents about Tara.

Just as a little background on me, I actually used to be a fan of Tara's videos. I liked putting on her clean with me's while I was getting things done around the house because it was nice for background noise. I was regularly watching her videos for a few weeks, but daily vlogs can only be interesting for so long, so I of course got bored. I stopped watching but stayed subscribed for a few months, only watching the occasional organization video because that's the only content from her that I actually enjoyed. As I saw the occasional video pop up in my sub feed, I started to get the vibe that Tara is 100% exploiting her children for money.

What really put a bad taste in my mouth was when Tara filmed Baylee while she was in the ER. I watched that video because of the clickbait, and I felt so disgusted that Tara would profit off of her own child going to the emergency room and stick a camera in Baylee's face instead of caring for her. Then Tara shoved a camera in Baylee's face again when Baylee's was crying and in pain because she was feeling ill. If I were lying on the bed and crying in pain, I would be so pissed if someone walked in and tried to get my reaction for the vlog. Go comfort your child and be a mom.

When Tara gave birth to Grayson, every single video thumbnail had his face in the camera with the word "newborn" in the title. Newborn's first bath, newborn's first photoshoot. Hell, I'm surprised she didn't post a video about his first shit. Part of me wonders if her mindset when getting pregnant was "hey, Adam and I want another kid anyway, so why not have a kid right now to get that Adsense back up?"

I think that's my main problem with Tara. Of course there's the whole issue of her flat out copying everyone else's style and home decor, but at the end of the day, the child exploitation is what bothers me the most. She needs to prepare herself for the shit show that's gonna unfold when Baylee is a tween/teen and she realizes her mom has been filming her entire childhood and uploading it to the internet in order to make money. There's a difference between vlogging your life and including your kids periodically because they're part of your life, but Tara is straight up exploiting her children.

Needless to say, I'm not subscribed to her anymore.

They definitely threaten and or bribe the kids to put on a show for the camera - especially Baylee. Adam is so creepy and money hungry I don’t even want to think how he treats those girls being the camera. Something tells me there’s a lot of intimidation in that house. Those poor girls seem terrified all the time.

I agree with this, but I have to add that she does this to all 3 children and I’m wondering how they will feel once they are aware that that’s how mommy and daddy make their money. Shay gets badmouthed every single time she’s shown. Then there’s Grayson, Tara hasn’t been happy since that child was born. Then he will see that he spent his days in the swing alone. Who does that to a baby? I get your kid napping alone so he doesn’t get woken up, but all day? I feel guilty for putting my 2 year old in his own room to nap when he can just do it on the couch. I have an infant as well. So the fact that she banished him to the swing in her bedroom annoys me.
I seriously hope Grayson is the last child they have. They will all be affected. I want to say that both Baylee and Shay has speech therapy at one point. I’m sure Grayson will need it too.

I've always thought Tara seems kind of mother dearest with Baylee. Baylee seems a bit terrified of Tara.

Tara and Adam both coach Baylee to be a perfect angel and to say sweet words. You can tell none of it is authentic, so its frustrating how much her subscribers eat it up. Shay on the other hand, can’t be coached like perfect angel Baylee, so that makes her the “bad” one, & that’s why Tara constantly talks shit about her. & Grayson has not been the perfect sleep all day long, barely make a sound newborn that she wanted to brag about. So instead she shoved him in her bedroom, with his whole body practically tied up, to swing his life away until he learns to be a perfect angel child just like big sis Baylee.
Tara tried to prove to everyone that her kids weren’t perfect but instead got a 2 second video of Shay crying and took a pic while smiling. Mom of the year.

& creepy ass Ted Bundy doesn’t give a shit. He just wants the $$$$$. Almost 400k my ass. You think all those new people subscribed to: “newborns first bath” “newborns first day out” “newborns first fart” “day in the life of a mom with 1 kid, 1 toddler, 1 baby, 1 puppy that I hate, & 1 creepy ass husband”. That video really angered me. Baylee didn’t know she was “stealing.” This was a teachable moment for her, but Adam was on some power trip for the camera. I thought it was a complete over reaction on Adams part, and it was all for the vlog.

I think Adam is an authoritarian, Tara is uninvolved and obsessed with herself, and the kids are just props to dress up and exploit for their own materialism and ego.

We all saw that video Tara uploaded on accident. She uses a completely different voice for the camera. She sounded so annoyed with herself and at Baylee for interrupting her while filming.

Yes! Like how many thumbnails of Baylee crying do you need? It hurts my heart when my kids cry even if they had done something wrong and I had to discipline them and I’m not a sensitive person by any means. Idk how you can do that to a 3-4 year old that just simply doesn’t understand. Its like he got off on it. It’s probably because he was in the Marines and was an NCO and was used to having to keep his Joe’s in line but he doesn’t know how to draw the line between work and home. His daughter needs to be disciplined gently and actually taught, his Joe’s were ADULTS not children. I’m willing to bet he’s one of those that took his work at home especially living on base like that. He probably came home treating his family like his section. It’s sad really.

I am tired of watching adam love on that dog..eww. He gives the dog more respect than shay at least he doesn't film it going to the bathroom. Tara filming grayson is always ff too she just forces it. Liza does a better job filming her kids I usually think they're pretty cute.
