The home tour was a big thumbs down since there really isn't an indication of actual Fall decor. It all just blends into the background. BTW, does anyone actually give the thumbs down on her channel? She always gets a good handful of thumbs down per video.



Poor Savy, that is not a room for a 9 year old and looks more like a bland guest room. Ashely was probably wide awake with a heavy heart every night until Jesus told her to extend her boring aesthetic into her daughter's space. You know Dame Delicate saw, out of the corner of her eye, the cheery American girls toys while sitting in the family playroom and had a panic-induced itch attack. Someone get her some Benadryl.

I have, on her homeschool one and her I am keeping the LV because I truly did not like either. Her homeschool video is a joke and an embarrassment to homeschoolers and since she won’t allow critical comments a dislike is the only other option available.

Ok, here we go:

The armchair is back in the dining room along with the mirror.
Everything so far is "WE" not "Savannah", she is including herself as I predicted.

First Part, Morning Work: While she does dishes, Savannah does her work. Then she assists her but they only do one page of a vocabulary word a day. Spelling, she has to write them, cover it up and write again, which she says is an amazing system for learning and says that's how simple spelling is for "us". Not savannah, but her too.
She has Savannah tracing letters like you do in preschool. All of this takes 20-30 minutes and is 'super fast'. They start slow so no one has a bad day, then she can go finish chores for a break.
Grade: This work looks so easy for a girl of her age and if they are blowing through it and she has lessons which have pages to color after, this curriculum is way below where she should be. Schools don't start slow. Mommies who can't handle life start slow and she's dragging her kid down.

Second part, Beauty Room: Video sessions from Bob Jones University which she bought to help her our through the day so she doesn't have to do all of the teaching. English: her words "It's a bunch of worksheets" and she doesn't do it with her nor grade it but if she does, she grades it as she goes. She said it is outdated. It's 'super nice' since she said she paid for these lessons that she can leave and go do her laundry and make her bed (more like lay in it) for the next 8-15 minutes that the lesson lasts.
After she is done she needs to leave the room because Ashley has YT work to be done, she puts in earplugs so she can multitask (block out her kid) since mornings are 'super busy around here'
Grade: 15 minutes of English and a workbook page? Sounds 'super busy"

Third Part, Science: She let's Savannah choose and doesn't make it too structured, she's 'just like okay, do what you want and if she's not in the mood, we put it off'. She spends most of the time telling you about how terrific other homeschool moms are online so go check it out. Apparently for science they plant a veggie garden each year. Does anyone EVER remember her showing this before or even mentioning it? It's 8 minutes so she sees it as she bought that time so she can get stuff done that a mom needs to do and without kids, you can get a ton done. Girl, you have one kid. No one in the family is a reader, big surprise. Chase set up tabs on the computer for test answers for Ashley to bring up so she doesn't have to look for them. It tells her, in order, what to help with in case she was doing laundry and not paying attention.
Grade: 8 minutes of free time for Ashley to do laundry and Chase made it even easier for her to not pay attention to Savy's lessons

Part Four: History: She brings up again that she 'pays for the lessons' because it buys her free time. She also reiterated that she buys it because she is trying to help herself working a full time youtube job, dance class and so much going on. Lessons are 25 minutes and a worksheet, done on her own, then reads 4 pages of changes in the South. Ashley puts sticky note showing her where to start.
Grade: savannah does this all on her own but probably couldn't without that sticky note showing her where to look to start.

Basically, she is 'buying time' for herself through the online lessons because she's so busy. Her stress level must be so high, having to click a tab to look up an answer. The lessons take up a HUGE chunk of the day according to her, but they don't. There isn't much hands on for her at all and what she has to do, Chase made it even easier for her.
She takes a ton of credit for the work and is obsessed with her own time since she, her words, 'bought it'. I feel sad for Savy and Ashley made sure she let everyone know that a lot of it is about her.

Almost more than any of this was the content of the science lesson where one of the questions was "What things do Christians do to help protect the earth that God made." or very similar words to that. I'm guessing these books do not mention evolution or other facts. Yikes! Not surprised but didn't want to assume because they were in the south that it would be like this.

I grew up on a combination of the curriculum that Meg and Ashley are using. I was in a large private school for both though. I also graduated from Bob Jones University from which some of that curriculum is made. The curriculums include evolution as a theory and creationism as fact because the curriculums are Bible based. I still believe in creationism but would have appreciated both being presented as theories I could choose from. All curriculums I've seen in my elementary education studies as an adult sway one way or the other. That being said, Ashley is truly choosing the laziest route in homeschooling, not to mention life in general. She isn't teaching anything positive. I'm not going to watch that video because this woman disgusts me.

First time I comment, and honestly I can only feel embarrassed for this woman. I only recently discovered this « world » of moms who exposes, literally, their everyday life's to the Youtube public. I am absolutely speechless in front of the idiocy of that particular woman who has really no embarrassment to show us, video after video, her evident deficiency as a mother and wife. What does she think she teach her daughter by eating constantly in plastic plates? Processed foods in front of the TV? Environment, good manners and nutrition are definitely not on the agenda! How can she afford a Louis Vuitton as she runs garage sales, flea markets and second-hand stores to garnish her daughter's wardrobe? How a mother, a wife, can put rugs ad nauseam everywhere in her house knowing that her daughter and her husband have respiratory problems or allergies? It's a total nonsense! Her latest video about her teaching method has totally overturned me, does she not realize that the future of an innocent young girl is in her own hands?

They are both theories. My point is that Ashley will not let her daughter choose for herself.

Sunday Day in the Life I did something crazy. I'm pretty sure that's the one.

Thank ya'll. I wanted to watch it again and I can't get over how giddy she was while announcing that she was keeping it. She never had any intention of giving it away. I also went back and watched the one where she bought it and she sated that if we wanted one then we need to get her to 100,000 subs. She also said in one video that she bought her old one from a friend because she had never owned a real one but then in another video she said she buys them pre loved off of Posh Mark and then in the one where she bought "us" one, she said she has had four LV's and she has bought them all off of Ebay. I get so confused with all of her liars. lol

I can't believe we haven't been graced with another Car Chat or a We need to talk. But she does mention the things we say here, on her IG post

So I finally caved in and watched that LV video. I can see now why loads of people are upset! Wow! That's real Christian charity right there for ya! She lives off of greed. Her subscribers are never getting anything LV. She will make sure of that. She's constantly lying and "changing her mind" over everything.

I decided to reminisce and see that video again. Just the comments actually lol. One got a lot of likes saying she should have given it away anyway. I still can’t believe how selfish she is. IG post today, a shot of Ashley standing in front of her mirror with her new cell phone case. She said this was her wearing color (pale pink) because she knows her wearing black stresses a few of us out so her look of the day were for those she stresses out by wearing black. lol

Someone commented that they loved her hair and she should do a video of her hair training and Ash said she needs to do that at some point.
What type of video would that be? not washing your hair for over 7 days straight but in between washing just use dry shampoo. lmao

Add to that an unhealthy dose of caring too much about what other people think of you (her). And what is with all the fake LV stuff? People can spot it a mile away and it is not a good look, it is a trashy look. At least in my opinion.
