I’ve definitely noticed the same thing and haven’t been watching any of her newest videos. I’m seriously wondering how she has 1.3 million subscribers. I mean it’s not like there aren’t other 14/15 girls that haven’t had babies on YouTube, and don’t have as much attention as her. I honestly think people watch because she’s this stereotypical pretty “blonde” haired-blue eyed girl. I remember telling my sister about her, and how she has so many views and subs and being confused. My sister told me that people are waiting for a train wreck to happen.

About my “blonde” hair comment, she’s not seriously blonde anymore, and I think she should embrace her natural color. Bleaching your hair so many times is very damaging.

I think her main hook was that she got pregnant younger than most of the other teen mom youtubers, but now that she's older she's much less interesting to viewers. I get a feeling she wants to be like Yasmyn Switzer. Everything Maddie talks about wanting is what Yasmyn has. Having a guy step up as a father figure to her daughter and getting pregnant by said guy, moving out, etc. Also Yasmyn fits the "pretty blonde girl" stereotype so much more than Maddie. I mean I think they're both crazy for wanting 2+ babies before they graduate from high school but Yasmyn is still keeping viewers engaged, which Maddie can't seem to do.

I completely forgot about Yasmyn while writing that.

In a way, I do feel bad for Maddie, but think she’s dumb for wanting another boyfriend and baby so fast. She obviously wants these things for the attention like you said. I just feel bad because it’s clear that she doesn’t love or value herself very much. Or in other words, has voids that she wants to fill.

Oh 100%. I feel bad for her too and wish her the best. But it's hard to really empathize with her when she's influencing so many young kids online. Putting out there that she "just needs a sperm donor" to get pregnant again at 16 is so dangerous. I wonder if she's reconsidering having another kid b/c her channel is fading and she's obviously not making money like she used to with the views she's getting now.

^I think the only way she’ll get attention without having another baby/boyfriend, is if she posts about the court drama, which she can’t do, or make a video with Isaac, (which has gotten her a lot of views in the past) but which she also can’t do.

She's losing the attention of the teen fans because they want to see the endless pregnancies and new babies which she (thankfully) can't provide right now. She's as boring as bat shit and the only thing she has to offer viewers is her underage ass, and if she continues to eat fast food at the rate she does she won't even have that to offer the pedos. They too will move onto to other material.

I just watched one of Yasmyn's videos to really compare her to Maddie and they are worlds apart. I am disappointed that she chose to rush straight into having another baby at her age, but I think she'll do a good a job as any young parent out there. I don't get the vibe that it was to boost her Youtube popularity, I think she'd have gotten pregnant again with or without that. What stands out to me with Yasmyn is that she is not as self obsessed as Maddie. She lives life instead of staring into cameras for 3/4 of the day and shopping for the remainder of it. Her house is well maintained, her baby well cared for, and as a result of her life so far, she is relatively wise for her years. She is a little immature with her relationship, but she's 18 and it's probably age appropriate. She actually makes Maddie look quite crazy. Maddie is self-obsessed to the point of ridiculousness and is doing nothing at all to progress in life. All she can offer people is her done to death stories of anxiety, delinquent behaviour, breastfeeding, and "advice" ( lol ) on middle school dating. I bet she is in a panic knowing her channel will go down the drain without another pregnancy. She has nothing at all to offer her viewers without that. They will just jump ship and start watching other teen moms.

I think it's disgraceful that Maddie doesn't read to Everly because "she doesn't like it." 20 minutes a night would be so beneficial to Everly. Reading is a key part of mental development for a child. Kids that start reading early have a leg up in writing, comprehension, etc.

It’s because she’s too lazy to read to her. If you never do it of course your baby won’t be able to pay attention to it. My son is 13 months and I read like 10 books a day to him lol

I hope she takes her to a doctor, but the way she carries on about the price to do so makes her sound like she doesn't. Molluscum Contagiosum can take up to 2 years to clear depending on how the person's immune system is, but usually doesn't look as angry as the pics of Everly show, it looks like her skin is irritated in addition to that. I hope she had a doctor diagnose what it is and hasn't just self diagnosed. It is contagious and a total pain in the neck to clear, so if Slate has it then they are freaking irresponsible letting them bathe together knowing he had it. It doesn't generally spread from day to day contact, but spreads like wildfire with direct skin to skin contact and bathing. It can also be a sexually transmitted infection though I'm not saying that is the case here, ( it is a viral infection that anyone can get ) just that they shouldn't have been sharing bath water and they often show them in small pools of water together which is the same thing. This family is a total wreck.

There are a lot of treatments to get rid of it including medication, freezing it off, and burning it off so I don’t know why she lets Everly walk around like that. Not to mention it can easily spread to all the other kids Everly is around

Thank you for saying this because I feel as though these young moms think that YouTube will be around forever and that they will never have to work an actual job in their lives!

When I think about it, their appeal will be gone in ten (maybe even five) years because they're not teenagers or young anymore.

I hate to sound like I'm defending her, I'm not, but you would be hard pressed to find a doctor willing to burn or freeze them off and the creams they can prescribe usually don't have any impact on healing it and may further aggravate her ezcema. In older children that can sit still and let you near them, a sterile needle can be used to pierce them which can lead to faster healing, but the advice is often to leave it alone and let the body clear the virus. She doesn't get a pass from having Slate in small pools of water with Everly though. She took a situation where she may or may not have caught it, to one where she was definitely going to catch it. Another shit move from that family.

It’s fake, she got to the shop, signed the paperwork but not a pamphlet. The piercer was getting the needle ready and everything and asked if Maddie was still breastfeeding and since she isn’t she can’t get it done.
