I was really disturbed by the “it’s okay to be depressed” comment. Is that what she tells herself when she’s miserable 24/7? There’s nothing ‘okay’ about being depressed. Depression usually has a major symptom of suicidal ideation. That’s not okay, and anyone who has depression should not just accept it and get help! I really hope her depressed friend doesn’t follow her on insta. She tries too hard to be profound, but she ends up sounding like a fool.

I will say it again - I don’t think she knows what depression is. She sees depression as sadness or being negative. Since she believes a weighted blanket and eating right is the cure for it, I don’t think she can even comment on it. In general she should be more careful speaking about such heavy topics. Is it just me, or does "3 days until we said "love you" scream 'desperate?'

Now, dont get me wrong. I think people over romanticize relationships. That "saying I love you" is a huge step. No. It's not. But I do think that its crazy to think you can get to know someone, other than superficial crap, in 3 days.
