You have to leave it decent or you dont get your security deposit back but it doesn't have to be spotless because the leasing companies usually deep clean after you leave. When selling it doesn't matter you aren't obligated to do anything for a buyer unless the request it on a die diligence repair form. So you can leave it a crap heap for the buyer if you felt like it.
So todays vlog, Rachelle says they get sick a lot because they're always around lots of people like at youth group, and she mentioned Emma is always around other kids, like Rachelle takes her places to do stuff. But what, when? We literally never see that lol. Emma's not even around other kids at swim lessons. Maybe she means when Emma sees Katie's kids? I feel like if she was taking her to social stuff like classes/play groups etc, she'd definitely vlog it. Maybe she takes her to a childcare place when they're at youth group, she she doesn't want people to know? Maybe she's just outright lying, because she's seen us criticise her not doing stuff like that with Emma.. just totally speculating.

I think they were there for a long time so you don’t have to leave it as clean as if you were only there one year. At least that’s been my experience.

They mention they bring her to the childcare place inside the church when they go on Sundays. I’m assuming that’s the extent of her socializing and what she means by being around a lot of kids.

Honestly I think they just read this thread and make a list of talking points for their vlogs to prove us wrong. No way would Rach socialize Emma without vlogging it or even mentioning it.
She said recently Justin’s mom watched Emma during youth group. She might get an hour with other kids during Sunday service. Rach probably counts the occasional visits with Lauren’s kids as socializing Emma.

On that note, I do have a ton of empathy of just how hard even really early pregnant can be. I remember passing out at 7 pm and sleeping twelve hours and still having trouble staying awake at work. Oh right, work. For 8-10 hours a day. Okay, I don’t have that much empathy for her anymore. She’s taken off four of the last six days off now? And her job is filming herself napping and lounging on the sofa? I know that saying that could come off as envious— and maybe pregnant me would be envious— but honestly I just feel disgust at how lazy they are. Like you have a brand new house that needs to be unpacked, furnished/decorated/organized and a yard that needs a ton of work. Why not do that? And take your kid out of the house for socialization and learning? And maybe do something for your own self improvement, lord knows you have plenty of time and plenty of need.

Because she can't take "pain meds". She's so stupid. OTC pain meds are fine during pregnancy.
She has no problem eating chemical laced junk food all day long, but she won't pop a couple of Advil?

You can only take tylenol while pregnant no NSAIDS.

Also correct me if I’m wrong but you go to a prenatal chiro when the baby is actually big enough to take up space and therefore cause issues or need special accommodations. The baby is the size of a pea right now. She’s an idiot

No, the hormone relaxin looseness in your ligaments and joints before you even show. You can get things like strained ligaments and muscles easier during pregnancy. My hips had issues 15 weeks plus and I didnt show until six months and had a tiny 34 week 5lb baby.
