She’s such an idiot for sharing this article. (For those who can’t see the pic, it’s an article about how pasta is fine and won’t make you fat and can actually make you slimmer).

I read the article, it says that you should eat no more than 1/2 cup. Moderation is key and it doesn’t mean it’s good for you to eat pasta and only pasta. There’s a reason the weight flies off of people when they do the keto diet. Most people eat way too many carbs on a daily basis, so telling your followers eating pasta everyday will help them lose weight is incredibly misleading.

Also, a thought on one of her "fans" comments on the mentioned video-

1st- What a perfect example of the mind set and mental state of her loyal followers and defenders! One minute they are all bearing truth to her strong righteous testimony and light of Christ and the next minute they are calling people bitches and telling them to go fuck themselves. 

2nd- H has no problem leaving this comment up. Why? She must agree and feel very proud about her awesome fan backing her up. If this had been the same comment, but turned to be her on the end of the insult - the comment would have been removed PRONTO!
