OK, sorry, I just quickly looked at her videos and it looks like the paternity test was done in late September and the results on the 31st of October, making it a 4 week process and Isaac coming to Maddie's house for the first time on the 6th of November making Everly 10 months and 1 day old at the time. I still don't understand how it took until Everly was a few days shy of 9 months for the court date to come around and testing to be done when Maddie was pushing so hard for it all along. That is a massive chunk of bonding time that his family missed and seems wrong for the courts to take so long to establish paternity and allow a father/child relationship to get started. I'm thinking now that perhaps they didn't want it and were court ordered for him to be tested and the delay was due to that?

Totally agree. When I first started watching Maddie, I thought Isaac and his mom were horrible people but I get it now. Especially with what she used to do as a 13 year old. If she lets strangers make out with her at thirteen, there's nothing saying she wouldn't let them do more.

I totally agree with all of you. I felt sorry for her at first, but when she literally kept dragging him to court and then when she gets the visits, she doesn't want to. I don't think she thought it through. She hates not having control over him, because i honestly think that is what she was trying to do, like many moms, use her kid as a way to get to Isaac.
Isaac hasn't been the perfect dad and he knows it. But Maddie can't hold that over him forever. If he wants to, he should be able to meet everly. Maddie can literally risk getting everly taken away from her by keeping everly to herself, or worse get everly ripped from her arms. I'd actually have some respect for her if it were just for the purpose of being there, or if she had been genuinely naive at first about where these sort of videos end up, but that's not the case and is one of the main reasons why I have such an issue with her and her mother. Maddie does it with her mother's permission and possibly her coercion because those videos are the ones that bring in the $$$$ ( along with bent over underage arse and vagina on cam ). They have openly chucked a fit over the judge trying to protect Maddie and Everly from peodophile sickos and don't want protection, only the fame and money that this exploitation brings. Yes Medicaid covers literally everything. I think Maddie earns far too much to quality for Medicaid though. She is just supporting a family of 8 so her checks can only go so far I suppose.. Thank god for Medicaid though because health insurance really is thousands a month without it or a job that just covers it. That’s one of the things that sucks about YouTube is no health coverage

It's not about activism though and she's not naive about it, every action is deliberate. If she was naive she'd have crapped herself when the judge put his concerns out there for the first time and been full of remorse for ever putting Everly in that situation, as would her mother realising where footage of Maddie was ending up. Underage tits, arse and vagina bring in the money and nearly every video ever made has been set up to maximise the exposure of these three things. If it were a man doing this ( filming up his teenage daughter's skirt ) he'd be in jail but we seem to have her biological father and step father being OK with all of this. It's beyond no-one saying "no", there is literally no adult willing to stand up to try to protect these kids except for the judge and if he was able or willing to stop it her channel would have been shut down immediately.
