Huge announcement.

She made a vlog channel.

First complaint already is about how she’s going to have to toggle back and forth to answer comments but she’s willing to do it just for us! Yay!

I’m confused why so many channels are doing this. I’m wondering if this is Slice Media advice. I think she is still being represented by them. If you go to the slice media Instagram page. Look who they follow. I’m guessing these are their clients. New vlog channels make no sense to me, especially with YouTube drastically changing the rules with children. Maybe Savannah isn’t going to be seen though. I had to laugh when she said we may have noticed her videos have been more creative etc. since she was only doing 2 a week. I must’ve missed that.

I don’t understand all these you-tubers complaining about the “algorithm”. Plenty of channels acknowledge that their cleaning videos get more views but they enjoy vlogs and get ready with me and all that so they do it anyway. God forbid Ashley doesn’t get her millions.

She said that “this must be like having a second child!” WOW. She really thinks she is some ridiculously busy celebrity doesn’t she.

Baked potato soup for a snack. Gosh I’m over her.

It just doesnt add up. Her subscribers enjoy the DITL videos but she doesnt grow from them. Soooo...she's going to gain the exact same subscribers on her second channel and then stop growing all over again?! Just keep it on your first channel! So. Stupid. I also feel like Chase had a lot to do with this and he'll be posting his own individual videos. And I love how they are making his instagram the vlog channel instagram. Is everything in that house run by Ashley's iron fist? How sad.

Coming from a YouTuber's point of view, it actually makes a lot of sense to split vlogs/main channel content. A lot of YouTuber's do it because YouTube doesn't do a good job at know how to promote a channel if it's a mess of different videos. Ashley's main channel, Til Vacuum Do Us Part, makes 100% sense to only be a cleaning channel and then she have a side channel under her own name for her vlogs. It is risky to split them though, you have to ensure your viewers are loyal enough to follow you over to your second channel.

I might be the only one that thinks this but, I don't care much for a grown married man that has to be on YouTube and Instagram, and doing stupid basketball shots and corn hole throws. That to me is not an attractive man, my husband works, doesn't care to be all over the internet and has no idea what Instagram is. lol and, he doesn't wear flip flops

Chase is a girly man and Ashley has him by the balls and I don't think either really has any other friends outside of their marriage.

I think Ashley should decide whether she wants to be known as a YT cleaner or vlogger. If I were her I would stick to her main channel and cleaning because every time she opens her mouth, I cringe. She inserts her foot into her mouth every time and my gawd she can not pronounce simple words or talk without shaking. She is so wrapped up with getting those subs and that number going up that she has come to film whatever content. It doesn't matter if she has 85,000 subs, her views are no where near that on any of her videos. Just like Miss Liz Heart, she has over 500,000 subs but her comments and views on any of her videos are NO WHERE near that. So, does the number of subs really matter if that number isn't watching your videos.

Her and Chase are no influencers in the good way, they only are in the fake way. What will their vlogs be about, how to preach about a budget and living frugal but then do the complete opposite and buy useless shit. Eat unhealthy pre packaged crap and talk about how hard their jobs are? and what she wears, oh yeah black boring walmart crap
Jessie at Home started a second channel for her Rae Dunn haul and it did not do what she though it would. You can only watch someone shop so many times before you are burnt out. I'd rather watch Bhad Bhabie than listen to Ashley or Chase talk.

Reasons to not watch the vlog channel:
Her life is a bore
She is a bore and has an issue with telling the truth
She is the epitome of lazy
Chase is an eternal frat boy with no balls
Her travel vlogs are lame because she doesn't bother to educate herself about where they travel
She complains throughout her vlogs
They do not do anything or travel anywhere worth noting
She's not creative, AT ALL
The home is bland and not worth emulating
Not taking financial advice from someone who scams a Tribe for school money when she buys LV for herself

Did I miss anything? This channel is a hard pass for me.

Yep! Meg is doing it so everyone MUST follow in lazy Meg's footsteps, y'all! We already know it'll be a conflete flop. lol

Idk...maybe it could be a smart decision but I feel like she's doing it for all the wrong reasons. She is so focused on the numbers instead of putting out quality content. I think she's reached her max (and theres nothing wrong with that. It's a very nice amount) and wont actually grow from her second channel because it's just going to be the same people coming over. Not to mention, if people were subscribed for the DITL, they are going to unsubscribe once it becomes strictly cleaning. I mean I guess it's a chance to throw more ads at people.

Trashley wants that dang plaque she is so obsessed with getting. I truly believe that these women start these channels because they are lonely and bored, and they are introverts. But once they hit 1,000 subs their confidence raises and then they hit 10,000 and up subs and they have other lonely housewives praising them constantly, attention that apparently they aren't getting from the hubs, because it seems that most of these women with channels have husband's that travel a lot for work, so not only does their confidence grow more but also their heads/egos. They totally change their personalities and then it stops being about doing what they enjoy/or the content and it becomes about the numbers. They start losing themselves in the process and they become a totally different person with fake persona for the benefit of strangers behind a screen. Ashley is no different than Meg except for the fact that some how Megs subs have increased drastically. I still don't believe that any one person who does cleaning and DIL videos have THAT MANY people who have actually watched or subscribed to their channels. The views versus the subs don't add up.

The Welders Wife, she has been atop a high horse lately right along with Jessie Christine. WTH is wrong with these women? They at the most are X list famous, only YT watchers know who they are.

It is not uncommon for YTers to have both a main channel and a vlog channel - you can also think of it as a second stream of income if you have the viewership. Assuming people watch your vlogs. The challenge she will have is that she is not an influencer, unless you want to learn how to order hello fresh meals and serve it on paper plates. My bet is the focal point will be George (can't lie, cute dog and dogs get subs on YT and IG) and her attempts to train him up. We already know Savy's boring homeschool routine and the YT rules around use of children. She might try to vlog around how to be a successful YTer, but with 100k subs she can't really call herself successful. One channel I watch - that combines vlog style and video style - only posts once a week, started in January, and just rolled over 200k. It is about the quality of the content. She just hasn't found her niche yet.

I hate to say this but her face is looking fuller to me. I mean whatever no one is perfect but it’s clear the sodium filled processed food is catching up with her. She can’t even have a freaking carrot stick for a snack, she has to have a big bowl of baked potato soup. She looks thin but I don’t think she is healthy whatsoever.

She hardly does car cleaning videos, but man this one was boring.

- Complained about the heat several times
- Chase washes the outside of the car and she does the inside
- Says they do this monthly, but I thought she has said before that they wash the car weekly?
- Sprayed Savvy with the hose for 2 seconds (yay fun?!), then turned away with absolutely no smile on her face. I'm guessing Chase told her to do it for a fun clip and she hated it because she is a fun-sucker.
- Basically the same exact video as their old car cleaning video from last year
