I am seriously worried about this family's health. I've watched a number of her videos and they virtually never eat or buy vegetables. Sorry Ashley but watery gross canned green beans tossed with salty seasoning packets and buried in sauce don't cut it. All the fresh healthy produce they likely grow in that part of the country and the Nelson family never buys it or eats it! Ashley sometimes eats salad but I don't think I have seen her daughter eat vegetables more than once or twice. At least they seem to eat a bit of fruit (grapes and bananas I've seen.) Basically it seems to be carbs with cheese and sugar with cheese and carbs and carbs with carbs and. . . OY!

The more I think about her comment about being too busy to wash her hair, the more irritated I get. Like...dont blame the people that are wasting their time to support you. Dont blame something you are CHOOSING to do and can be done literally any day, any time. Your hygiene habits have NOTHING to do with how busy you are. Millions of people film youtube videos and some of them upload way more than she does. They still manage to look clean. Plenty of moms have more than one spoiled NINE YEAR OLD child and they have full time jobs and run a household and manage to cook healthy meals every night....all of that and I guarantee they aren't too busy to wash their hair. Ugh. What an AWFUL example she is setting for her impressionable, growing daughter. Is this Ashley's way of rebelling against "the way she was raised"...at least she was clean when she showered and shampooed everyday, as she made a point of saying in every early video. She disgusts me.

Omg couldn’t agree more!!! She is up there with Beaston complaining about how hard life is. And Ashley has one child who never leaves the house except for one dance class. She acts like youtube is such a burden. So much she can’t freaking wash her hair. You’re right that’s just pathetic. Your viewers are paying your bills (actually her LV bags), and you complain that youtube takes too much work. I think she should just quit at this point. I don’t see her channel doing well going forward. She is not relatable whatsoever and she just isn’t what people are looking for in terms of content. People want to watch actual messes cleaned up, baby and toddler videos and real life situations. There are also those who want to see quite frankly, riches and money and a life they can’t obtain lol. Ashley is neither of those. No one is jealous of her and her sedentary lifestyle is completely unappealing. I mean I love recipe videos and I wouldn’t ever make a single thing she does. Gross.

Those breeds are very playful and hyper and need a yard to run around in. They're not like Tyger where they just lay around. I think they trying to keep up with the fake YT Jones's and they have bit off more than they could chew.

I did notice on her video today that while in Savy's room she showed almost every angle but the one with her dresser. I guess she probably moved the flower that Chase gave Savy and knew that we would notice and ask where it was. Her room is not that of a nine year old girl and she kept saying the Playroom. Gawd this woman contradicts herself every time she opens her mouth. and I wish she would put the wedding gown up like most normal women do and stop calling it her glam room. There is NO glam going on in there.

I don't believe for a minute that she makes more than Chase unless he was demoted to being a part time bank teller. While $30,000 is not bad for a stay at home mom with a side hustle, compared to what the others are making, it just goes to show she makes what she puts into her hustle: not much. She needs to stop biting the hand that feeds her and shut up about how hard YT is. It's was 30 grand worth of hard, Ashley. That could have given water to Flint, Michigan. That could have put a disadvantaged teen into college. That could go to your tribe for all the kids who really can't afford schooling. So shut it about how hard your job is.

You need a lot more than 80k subscribers to bring in big sponsorships and the cash that comes with them (minus the amount in taxes you have to set aside yourself). Jaws and a food delivery service sponsorships are not bringing in that much. There are a few youtubers that are fully transparent about what they make in adsense, sponsorships, affiliate links, merch, etc. I do not doubt that Meg has a higher earning than what social blade estimates, because of her sponsorships. Even still, everything is pre-tax so pretty much halve what the estimates are.

It is interesting how 'busy' she is now, despite claiming to have hired someone to check her comments for her. . . .oops.

Someone will have to tell us about this new video. The “how to make your home smell amazing” videos are stupid AF. I know how to make my home smell nice. I light candles, keep things clean and open windows. Oh also I keep my body clean which includes washing my hair...

Wash Dirty laundry
Clean out Sinks and Dishwasher
Sprinkle baking soda on Carpets and rugs then vacuum
Open windows to let fresh air in
Stuff dryer sheets in couch, under pillows (even wipe down animals for an”quick fix”)
Wall plug in air fresheners (put it by the front door so guests are overwhelmed with the artificial scent of clean linen! She likes the laundry scents!)
More non toxic route: essential oils
Spray air freshener (ie fabreeze)/ fabric spray
House plants
basic tip : CLEAN YOUR HOUSE (she said brining pets into your home means you’ll need to clean more... so NOW we know the real reason behind George... to clean more!)
Air purifier (with Savanna’s allergy to George the air purifier helps SOOO MUCH.)
Keep blankets down on the bed/couches for dogs to lay on (prevents deeper cleaning of couch or bedding)
Doggie cologne (1x a day!)
When it’s been raining out, Towel on the floor when dogs come in and dry them off right there (wash that towel often!!)
Keep dog food in garage keeps critters and smell away
Find a good pet carpet cleaner

Asking an honest question here for anyone who lives in Oklahoma or another part of America where this might be the case. Do they not have a proper compost and recycling program where she lives? I have smelly kitchen compost that goes out regularly into the green bin that is picked up on garbage day but I NEVER see her sort any garbage or put recycling in a separate blue bag or anything. Judging by this and other videos, her food waste, plastic, paper, garbage all get put together and tossed out together. Are there actually places in the States (I'm from Canada) where garbage doesn't get sorted out? I actually asked Ashely this once in a comment after watching her repeatedly toss food waste from her endless take outs into the same bin with the styrofoam and the plastic etc. She didn't answer of course. But seriously how can a state or town not have a proper recycling program? (I know many states do this properly so not making a judgement about America but her area seems not to.)

I won’t be watching, but I hope people aren’t dumb enough to follow her advice on the dryer sheets on a dog or any animal! That is awful! They can lick those off etc. and it’s probably horrible on their skin. They make animal wipes that are like baby wipes and they actually work to freshen up a pet.

Where I live in the Midwest, we have a bag limit of 2 with a 40 lb weight restriction and we have to buy tags for additional trash bags. We also have a curbside recycling program and that’s unlimited. It’s not mandatory, but most people participate. No compost programs though. I think it varies by state and county. I cringe when I see huge pizza boxes and other things crammed in the trash can by Ashley and other you tubers. I believe most cities have places to bring recycling to also, when it’s not mandatory or curbside. Hope this helps.

It depends on the county/city within each state, actually. Since she lives slightly out in the country, they might not have recycling available for curbside pickup in her area. For example, my county in rural Minnesota is potentially ending curbside pickup for recycling because of cost reasons (people are NOT happy about it). But other counties around us still continue their recycling pickup. Also, each recycling center accepts different things. Some accept styrofoam and takeout plastics, but a lot of them don't. I have also commented about her lack of recycling, it's really not hard to separate stuff and bring it to a recycling center if you have to.
