Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
Why should they use their money, when they can have her blessed........plus bringing her to the school, with no lease, pretty sure they don't own one..........they are idiots, first Sam is still saying she was bit by a snake, but even the other guy, at their house, said it was probably a wasp/bee..............but since snake, copperhead, is much more dramatic, and click-worthy, he will keep repeating that. Oreo's poor leg could be hanging by a tendon, and they would say, let it heal by itself..................they are just phobic about the vet.............and I guarantee she is not up to date with her shots..........if Texas even requires them, I mean they don't require anything else, helmets, child seats etc. Hopefully they will have someone out to check what is under the playhouse, before Juliet starts playing in it, but then again, they never had anyone come out to their house for the rats, so good luck Juliet, playing in the backyard.flightlessbird wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 4:45 pm TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE VET. Funny how Sam is complaining about how much he spent on the lights for the tree, yet he just got the iPhone 11 pro max, which retails for $1000.00, always has to be the best for Sam, while Nia is at the Dollar store, or some used clothing store on line. I can see them having some fights about redoing the new house, Sam just is not into spending money, unless it is for him only, or his family, very selfish man.
Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
Sam really has a problem with getting a professional opinion about literally anything. Whether it’s in regards to plumbing or building or the health of his children or animals. 99% of the time, he thinks he knows better. He's always saying the professionals are wrong too when they tell him something he doesn't want to hear. So that cabin is going to have so many problems when all is said and done, Oreo will never see a vet, and one day one of the kids will come down with something serious and Sam will refuse to take them to a reputable doctor.
Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
Sam is his worst enemy. He can't stand it when others know more than he does.
I can't imagine what is going to happen when he was the "cabin" inspected before he tries to sell it. I have a feeling it won't pass inspection since Sam doesn't know how to build a house, but built one anyway.
I predict S and N will have lots of fights over this house. They are already disagreeing on so many projects they want to do. In the mean time, Sam hasn't had the pool looked at, has no idea how to work it, and I doubt has added any chemicals to the water. Yuck!

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
Nia's hair is so disgusting and greasy I actually thought she had wet hair through the entire vlog.
These people seem so afraid of any sort of medical attention for anyone. Oreo desperately needs to see a vet. Let's give her a benadryl. Symphony is sick all the time and can't concentrate. Let's give her gummies. One of them has a toothache. Let's ignore it to the point that when Sam visits the dentist he needs 5 cavities filled at one time. I don't know if it's pure laziness or if Sam just thinks he's so right all the time there is no need for a second opinion. These idiots.
So Sam is telling us when he was younger they let their dog suffer from a long and painful death as he describes, and did not take that dog for help either? He shows zero emotion when talking about death. Even his dad or Aunt Stephanie. I googled sociopath traits and the ones below are scarily accurate to Sam.
-Glibness and Superficial Charm
-Manipulative and Conning
-Grandiose Sense of Self
-Pathological Lying
-Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
-Shallow Emotions
-Callousness/Lack of Empathy
-Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature
-Irresponsibility/Unreliability
-Lack of Realistic Life Plan
-Changes their image as needed.

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
They had let their medical insurance lapse when Nia first got pregnant with Juliet, and so in addition to not going to see a doctor after her miscarriage (I understand not everyone does), she got her first ultrasound at one of those Christian pregnancy centers that tries to talk women out of getting abortions.mandy88 wrote:Nia's hair is so disgusting and greasy I actually thought she had wet hair through the entire vlog.

Didn’t Sam say that he paid five grand to get surgery on his finger after he cut it? Is there....any way that they actually aren’t insured and are paying out of pocket for health care? Or maybe they have an expensive plan because they have to buy it individually and don’t have employers.

I don't think a grown man who destroys a phone like he did with his old one in "months" of owning it, has any business with a $1,000 phone and not take his kids to the Dr or his dog to the Vet. If it really had been a venomous snake bite, a damn Benadryl would of done nothing. He is outrageous in his audacity to keep calling it a copperhead bite.

Someone on twitter made the excellent point that their vow renewal (vlog title: renewing wedding vows after infidility! ) was especially annoying because they denied forever that Sam cheated, and now they are hyping up the infidelity for views.

Mothers of sons, help me out - is it normal to gush over how your six year old is being “romantic” with you?

Definitely not in my experience. I think the way Nia and Abram are together is creepy.Birdie89 wrote:Mothers of sons, help me out - is it normal to gush over how your six year old is being “romantic” with you?

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
So here is their listing for their house https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/201- ... 8642_zpid/? they have it listed for way over the estimate.
Couple things, they have it listed as having an attached garage, only that is their master bedroom. The back yard looks like crap, brown dirt, everywhere, and the house is just filled with all their personal items all over..............lets hope that all the viewers go thru all their stuff, like they did to every house they looked out.

Not only is it listed way over the estimate, but it looks like they purchased it for $62k. Granted, that was ten years ago and it was a foreclosure, but if they think they’ve made improvements that somehow triple the value of the property they’re crazy. They'd be lucky to get the estimated price.1finn wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2019 6:56 pm So here is their listing for their house https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/201- ... 8642_zpid/? they have it listed for way over the estimate.

I feel like the garage-turned-master is going to give them problems when it comes to making a sale. Yeah, they've added another living space, but only because it worked for their family. It may not work for everyone. Some people want a garage. That room they've created has no storage and just looks sort of cramped, and there is no longer a garage because of it.

No. I adore my son. We've got a really great relationship (he's 23) and I never in a million years would have called ANYTHING he ever said or did in regards to me "romantic".Birdie89 wrote:Mothers of sons, help me out - is it normal to gush over how your six year old is being “romantic” with you?

And so are the "daddy-daughter dates"

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
Looking at houses in the $190k range in their area. Somebody would be out of their mind to pay this for the blue house. Sam and Nia probably think the house being "Youtube famous" adds on another 50k. The other houses are offering brand new hardwood, granite countertops, new roofs, inground pools, 3 car garages. RAT FREE! Listing the house a as a 4 bedroom + attached garage is just a flat-out lie to potential buyers. Sam was so offended at paying fair value for the house they just moved to and then prices his own home at least $40k over value. Typical Rader. I would think they would be trying to offload it quickly since they are carrying three properties, but they are in it for the long haul.
I'm also in agreement that Nia calling her son romantic to her is very weird. Can she not just say loving like a normal person? Her vocabulary is VERY limited, but I would still expect her to use anything else but romantic. That fact that she defends that by saying she is trying to show him how a good wife should be makes it 10x more inappropriate. Yes, you want to show a healthy example of marriage to your kids, but don't go trying to treat your kids like your spouse!

Now Nia is calling herself a “survivor” of infidelity. Is she freaking joking.

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
Boy, Nia sure has a warped idea of what love is, her description on todays vlog "Dad is back from a long trip and he brought back some really fun surprises for the kids to express his love for them!" so to show love to the kids you have to bring presents everytime you leave the house?
I won't even go into the post Sam made on Insta today, quoting some pastor/minister about abortion, but at least people were able to express their opposing views (of course they were called haters ) but at least they were still up.

His Insta quote. "The most dangerous place in the United States for a human being is inside the womb of a woman."
No, the most dangerous place in the United States for a human being is under the supervision of Sam Rader.

Living for how low their views have been recently. Not even their Oreo clickbait is bringing in the views from their 2.6 million "totally real" subscribers.
