Her maiden name was keren Swanson, "keren swan" is just her personal channel persona which is why he said she's keren swan, KKandBabyJ and kickass as in she's all those 'businesses' as well and a 'mum' and wife all roled into one person

yes she 'does' a lot of things, but she doesn't do any one of them efficiently, not to mention the things that just only she does (her personal channel and being a mum) she sucks at the most, only reason why KKandbabyJ and kickass are semi successful is because there's other people involved to pick up her slack and she just gets to slap her face on it and take all the glory and compliments
