Ya, it's difficult to have respect for passive and passive/aggressive people like Mike. A couple of shows ago Tawra was being so unbelievably disrespectful to Mike. I don't remember what all she said, but part of it included criticizing his communication skills. He just took it. If he would've said any of that to her, you know that hellfire would've rained down. I was really wishing he would've positively and assertively called her out on it. But I don't think that's how things work around their household.

This is my first time posting on here but I had to after yesterday's show. They did do a video yesterday but in the middle of it, I am not sure why she got into the topic of the way girls dress and she started to victim blame assault victims. I was not completely paying attention to it at first but I had to re-listen and yes she was victim-blaming women if they had drinking and got assaulted saying they should have known better (that is the best example of what I remember hearing. Fans were not happy even after the live show I seen a fan say she could not believe Tara was victim-blaming but not too long after that comment they removed all traces of the video.

I see now they have re-released the video but cut a lot out of it probably about a half an hour worth of rants. Interesting.

Idk, maybe, but I get a different sense of things. I think all things considered, they have a somewhat close relationship with their children. I don't get any kind of vibe that the kids are rebellious. I don't get the sense that Mike and Tawra are overly controlling of the kids. Also maybe they talk to them at home about sexual matters. I don't have enough info. on this.

Part of the reason I don't think any of the kids will rebel like this is because I come from a fundamentalist religious background that has strong parallels to what I've heard them espouse. My background church was led by a judgmental, cultish Pharisee-type who thought he was always right (backed by the Bible, of course). So I think the kids will tend towards superior, judgmental, black/white, legalistic thinking. I've definitely heard this kind of attitude parroted by Dave a few times.

HPV can be transmitted thru blood transfusions and consensual marital sex.
So THEORETICALLY, lets say BJs GF has nonsymptomatic HPV. But if they get married and start having sex, she can infect him and GIVE HIM CANCER! At least with the vaccine hell be protected.
