They forget Esme exists. Evie is labeled as “this sweet girl” and Esme’s labeled as “another one”. I wish someone else could adopt poor Esme and give her the love and attention she deserves.

You know what really grinds my gears! When parents knowingly take their sick kids out and about. If they are claiming Evie is the sickest of 4 right now, why take her out to get everyone breakfast? Yup. I'm an avid Christian, but if I have sick kids, none of us go to church. They share enough germs at school and within our household, they don't need to spread it all over the whole congregation. I'm with you - I guarantee they will all be happy faced in the pee-pose picture tomorrow.

Now, if Ashley has the sniffles, she doesn't go to church and stays in bed all day. Four kids with croup get to run all over fine and dandy, though!

I'm extremely surprised that DHS of Utah was not called after that last ER visit where 3 of the girls were left home alone. OR they maybe they are being monitored and the information just isn't being released. I was SO shocked not that they left the girls home alone but rather that they were stupid enough to include the footage of saying they did that. Smh!

It makes me irrationally angry when he does these posts of himself "asleep" with one or more of his daughters. It's just so fucking fake.
And maybe they should pick up a bag of frozen fruit on one of their Costco runs. Throw it in the blender with some orange juice or apple juice, and voila-- smoothies. Probably a lot better for them than the ones from the smoothie store, too.

Seriously. If you REALLY want to get your sick kids smoothies, fine, but don’t bring the sick kid to GET the smoothie! She’s spreading her germs even if she’s temporarily feeling better. Then other people sit at that table and get her sick germs....

On IG Trash said Ezzy just took 2 pills, her second dose of steroids. Anyone a pharmacist? Have someone in the family or a friend who is one? Is there a child steroid dose that would consist of two pills? Sorry, I'm not buying what they're selling. Two trips to the ER -- one deemed unnecessary by hospital staff and one where she didn't even take the kid inside. A lot of drama for social media and the vlog.

Like I said earlier, I could see 2 pills making sense if they gave her an RX for 3 days of Prednisolone rather than a one time dose of Dexamethasone. Those 2 pills were likely 5mg each. But again, why they gave them pills instead of reconstituted liquid medication is beyond me.

Assley posts on QTK IG with the tiny twins. She's blah blah blah then says something about her skincare (meaning Seneshit). Assley pushes one of the cat's arms out of the way and says, Let them see how good my skin looks. If you haven't seen it, I hope it's still there. The more witnesses to it the better.

Ok I am livid. Absolutely bloodboiling livid. GQS Instagram Esme has her mouth open and Trashley makes the comment along the lines of Esme wanting to show she’s swallowed her TWO pills and goes on to say she’s just had her second dose of steroids. If they’re taking Prednisolone the minimum dosage tablets come in is 5mg. That would mean she gave a child of Esme’s size and weight a minimum of 10mg. And if she had the first dose during the night then we’re looking at around 12 hours between doses. So 20mg in a 24 hour period. All supposedly on Trash’s Mama instinct given she sat in the hospital carpark without taking her in. I have never ever said this of anyone but if that’s what she’s done she doesn’t deserve to be a Mum because she’s playing around with some serious meds and her child’s wellbeing.

That doesn't make sense either. Those girls weigh probably at least 30-40 pounds (the heavies) and 1-2 mg/kg would be 15-30 mg. There are 2.2 pounds in a kg. Esme probably weighs 25-30 pounds. So 12-13 kg.
So for 5mg pills, they would need 3-4, or maybe even 6 for the bigger girls.
It makes no sense at all. And is their doctor just calling it in without seeing the girls?
