Showing other people against their will is wrong but for some things like ‘exploiting her children’ I’m curious in what aspects you mean. She does need something interesting to vlog about otherwise views will go down and earnings will lower (she is supporting a whole family). If she uploaded a video called ‘Landen went to the doctors for a cut’ she would get less views than ‘Terrifying doctors visit almost turns deadly’ (that’s on the extreme but I hope you get my point). She needs interesting videos and titles to get clicks to get money to live

Doctor's appointments should be private. The very existence of the HIPPA act supports that fact. This has been discussed over and over but her children are unable to consent nor are they capable of understanding the impact of every little private moment of their lives being broadcast on YouTube. Jess shares those moments from tears to poor Lillia's text messages (though those were likely staged). She records their hurts and then tears. Nothing is private, not even a shower or the potty. She treats her children like objects she owns.

She knows why she has no comments. She knows about the pervert element but she still chooses to expose her children half naked in skimpy clothes, with their legs wide open. I believe it's gone now but in Instagram she had a video that basically exposed poor Addy's genitals. Worse is that she gets mad and doubles down when she is called out on it.

We are then left with the assumption that she does not mind exposing her children's bodies to pedophiles for views and money and that is what we mean by exploiting her children. And if you are hannah or one of her friends you are complicit in the abuse and you should be sick, angry, and ashamed.

HIPAA does not mean you as a parent can not share what happens in a doctors appointment. It does not mean everything that happens is meant to be kept quiet.

HIPAA is in place so that the people involved in your healthcare (employees of the hospital, clinic, dr office, etc) are only allowed to share your private medical information with the people you allow by adding their names to the paper you sign.

HIPAA is in place so insurance companies are prohibited from sharing your private, personal medical information with 3rd parties- such as marketing groups, employees, etc.

You signing a HIPAA agreement does not mean you are not allowed to share medical information.

You sharing said information means it is no longer private. HIPAA does not prevent people you personally tell from sharing the information, either. For instance, if you have a disability and choose to share it with your employer, the HIPAA agreement you signed has zero to do with it. Your employer is free (from a legal stand point) to discuss your freely shared information. Now, if your employer were to suspect that there was a medical issue, and tried to go through the insurance they provide to access your medical history, and the insurance company gave it to them, THAT would be a violation of HIPAA.

Edit to add: None of the above means I think she SHOULD be sharing her kids private medical information, but legally, it is her right to do so as she pleases. Personally, I think she crosses a lot of lines in the quest for more money.

Just watched her 10 year video and it seemed like a normal sappy montage that she has already done. It was nice to see all the kids as babies though. A couple people mentioned it, but jesss definitely looked a lot better back then than now.

The video just made me realize that she used to actually play with the kids and do activities and now....

I brought up HIPPA as an example of health care being a private matter. Of course people have the right to share whatever they wish. I should have made that clear and it is good of you to draw that distinction. Thank you.

I wonder if she can see the difference?

I remember she used to muck around on the ground with the kids almost every video. They always went for a nightly walk. They all sat and ate dinner together, that she cooked. I don’t know why she started the narrative that she couldn’t cook. We all know she can.
She used to read to them too. I don’t think I’ve seen any of her kids with a book outside of school work in years.

A video from Drake would be more interesting. A real take on the first 5 years of YT. Him leaving was no surprise, they lied, cheated and fought constantly according to them both. She just loves to play the victim. She was with Skube within 6 months of having Landon and her mommy picked up the pieces and supported her and all her boyfriends and kids over the years.

She lied and manipulated people and used men to reproduce for fame. That's appalling behavior and the kids are just weapons in her game.

The BS about 'make the best of things' is just an excuse so she doesn't have to take any responsibility for her deliberate actions.

I have to disagree on this one.just because someone is subscribed to a channel does not mean they have to watch every video the channel puts up.im subscribed to another channel and i dont watch the videos they put up but that doesnt mean my youtube account should be taken away.

I don't think most here are 'obsessed' with Jess. More astonished that someone would deliberately offer up their children as paedophile bait to make money. And before you say she doesn't do that, it is KNOWN that paedophiles use timestamps. What does she love people to leave?

That really stood out to me too. Yes they go on more trips now but does she play with them on those trips or are the kids in the pool all day and Jess chilling on the side. They mostly just go to target etc these days. Don't even seem to go out to eat as much anymore, instead they order takeout. On trips or at home it's kids doing their own thing and Jess doing their own thing. They're in the same room but they don't really do anything together, and never for a longer period of time. Spending 1 min helping addie put on make up or idk tying landen's shoelaces doesn't count as quality time spent together.
